We were very happy with the flower arrangement that Alex’s delivered to our son’s girlfriend for her birthday, even though we never got through to Alex directly by phone.
Alex’s on-​line order form was easy to use, and we got both automated and personal e-​mails acknowledging the order.
We called directly from Southern California rather than going through FTD as an intermediary. This is better all around.

Was not able to handle an FTD order for delivery on Valentine’s Day. The excuse is that they don’t have a computer system. When they were called about the missing order the clerk said «I’d have to go back through every single Valentine’s Day order to find it!» I think that’s why they call it ‘work’.
There are many other florists in Pittsburgh who would like your and my business.
