This is the second time I am using Word of Mouth Window Cleaning. Both times Richard’s service was EXCEPTIONAL!
Cleaning quality is one thing, what Richard offers above and beyond that is — true professionalism. We had scheduled our cleaning a month in advance, on the cleaning day there was a 70% chance for rain — Richard, *after* arriving at our place offered to reschedule or do the insides first and come on another day to do the outside surfaces.
Other subtle gestures — both my wife and I operate from our home office. .. Richard and his assistant are extremely quiet, move ladders around quietly, etc etc. Ours was an 8 AM appointment, before starting Richard came and asked if everyone are done with the shower, etc. .. small gesture, but says a lot about the quality of service Richard/​Word of Mouth Window Cleaning offers.
Cost-​wise Word of Mouth Cleaning is certainly very competitive with the unsolicited flyers left on our front door. .. the ones that say — «we are working in your neighborhood and so can offer a reduced rate.»
When we need our windows cleaned, we drop Richard an email with a few dates that are good for us and he gets back within 24 hours — that simple!
