Why is every location so slow. I can not win with these guys. Why must my love for hot wings cause me much pain! 30 – 45 minute wait every time is the bottom line here.

This the third time I’ve eaten here since my experience a while back so I though I should update my review(cause I’ve obviously not stop giving them my money) This location has stepped their game up in my opinion. The customer service is top-notch and the order came out quickly. My order actually had more wings then I ordered so that was a plus. Reminder — If you have the coupon for the free large order of fries you will need to print it out in order to use it as they don’t take coupons from mobile devices. Thanks guys.

Wing stop is great but the locations are hit or miss. This location is a miss. This is my second time here and had to deal with the same b!%#h. She has attitude and zero patients. If I wasn’t in customer service I wouldn’t have shit to say but she really needs a talk from management. I’m watching her as I type this, laughing in a customers face because of a question he asked?! Really??? Wtf?!

I called to place an order so I could just get there and get my food. The place wasn’t full so I thought my food should have been ready but I had to wait a lot. I get home and try my fries and were kind of salty and then tried my lemon pepper wings and they were worse i couldn’t eat them at all.

This wing stop is mediocre at best, we placed an order online at 7:12 and when we check online it said it would be ready at 7:32, we had an errand to run and got their at 7:45 — we selected the pay in store option so we paid at the register and waited until 8:00 to receive the food we ordered at 7:12.(Mind you they were not overly busy either) The order was done correctly but the staff didn’t really seem to care about customer service — although I can see that some customers at this location can be obnoxious. The person that presented the best customer service to us was their security guard who opens the doors for all the customers. STEELS bullet point summary: — If you have to get wings and are willing to deal with the above, go for it. — Dont bother to order online or call in, because they won’t make it until you get there. — Ranch dressing, ranch dressing and ranch dressing.

The wings taste great, but the service is horrendous. The wings are the only reason they barely deserve 1star. I placed a phone order 30 mins in advance and was told my order would be ready in 25 mins. I get there in 30 mins and pay. I said, «It’s ready, right?» The girl at the counter says that they need to sauce my wings and cook the fries, which basically means no. I went next door to Chipotle, stood in line and got my food. Went back to wing stop 20 mins later and asked if my order was ready. It wasn’t. She had to ask me what kind of wings I ordered. Really??? The ONLY reason I came here(because I should know better) is that my niece loves these wing. NEVERAGAININLIFE!!!

Why do I always bother to order online? Every time I order online I always show up 15 minutes after the request for pick up and I always have to wait for at least 10 minutes. Why? Wingstop you guys need to get your act together. There’s a reason I ordered ahead so I won’t have to wait. Makes NOSENSE. Wings are always good but the service sucks big time.

The multiple flavor soda machine gave me life!!! It was everything and then some and if I had been on vacation in some foreign land I would have sent a post card home to write about it lol so now the wings I’m an avid fan of wingstop I love that they now give you the option to buy the drumies which I always do. There potatoe salad is always so yummy, their ranch is the best in the land. I’m a little annoyed that you can’t just pay for the order in full on the website makes it hard for people who can’t get up and go show their card at the store but I get the reasons behind it tho. The wings sometimes can be a little too crunchy but that has only happened to me once. Overall I’m satisfied and the prices are a bit much but hey u pay what u get :)

This wingstop review should be a 0 star. My sister phoned in an order they said 25 mins. We picked it up after 30 mins. Stood in line to pay for 10 minutes. The cashier mentioned that itll be 5 more minutes since they are flavoring it right now. We waited patiently as they are busy and we understood that. Another 25 minutes later they say they are boxing it up right now. 5 more minutes we checked and the rude cashier asked do you still want your wings or no?! Worst customer service EVER! & did i mention last time we ordered to go we were short 10 wings.

Their website is frustrating. I put in a huge order for work and when I went to pay there was no option to enter a credit card # so I selected to pay in store and got an error that orders over $ 50 must be paid by credit card. I spent about 10 minutes trying to figure out I had done wrong before finally calling them and they explained that they don’t accept online orders over $ 50. I wish they had just stated that before I wasted so much time. Placing the order over the phone was fine and when I picked up the wings it was the best wingstop service I have ever had. Plus, they actually got the order correct!

Tuesday evening 60 cent boneless wings. We called our order in at 636 pm because they can get busy. We have ordered many many times from them and they have our info in computer because we order often. Employee said 18 – 20 minutes for wings to be ready, we get here at 7. Almost half an hour after our wings still aren’t ready! It was 7:26 pm when we got our wings that’s almost an hour of waiting! Even before when the wings were 50 cent on Mondays and Tuesday they were never this slow. They weren’t even packed today either. Seriously don’t think I’ll be ordering here again.

They are pricey. But worth it! Soo yummy. And our host, Adriana, was funny and extremely helpful! She made the experience great, and good customer service should be rewarded! It’s PACKED with high school football players and cheerleaders, but the staff is doing great to keep up. Wait time is usually a long while, but worth the wait.

I love this wing stop location. The chicken is always on point!(Slang for exceptionally appetizing). From my experiences they always slip an extra piece of chicken in my order. Customer service is standard. The cooks appear happy to work. The wait time is shorter then other wing stops which is a plus. Not much constructive feedback is required in my opinion.

This location always served hot fresh wings and fries and doesn’t take too long to prepare your food. This location is conveniently placed around a dozen other food chains, next to jambs juice and down the way from Mayan Cinemas. My favorite location thus far.

Making an order online compared to paying there really doesn’t make a difference(saw a comment on it, but went for it anyway). Haven’t had wingstop for maybe two years! I usually love lemon pepper, but there was too much lemon on it. The other wings we got were just ok. The fries were good as usual.

The only reason I’m giving this place 4 stars is because of MOST of the staff and the food! Miriam I think was her name helped me today was extremely rude, and very unprofessional iv never seen this chick in my life but she acted as if I was her enemy from the passed who stole her husband or boyfriend!!! She also gave everyone’s food to them who came after me and ordered more then me!!! I hope management takes this review and reviews ticket times so they can see that she did do this and it was very unprofessional and rude! She had no customer service and just seemed like she hates her life and job!

Every time I order my food from this location, it never lets me down. If I ask my fries to be more crispy and extra seasoning, it’s done. If I ask for all flats and ask for extra sauce, it’s done. They do charge for extra dressing(I believe it’s .50 for each container). Wait time is typically a hit or miss(but I don’t mind the wait). Only time I was let down was during this years super bowl as they couldn’t take orders over the phone unless it’s paid for(have your cc handy) and they couldn’t do special orders. Future tip: high anticipated sports events, place an order right when they open or the day before hand.

I checked in via Unilocal and an offer for 5 free wings appeared that I needed to redeem within 4 hours. The coupon specifically said to show the screen to an employee to redeem. However, the assistant manager, Hector, stated that they could not redeem the coupon without a print out. How exactly can that occur via a Unilocal coupon that says to redeem via showing the screen? An email to corporate office is pending for not honoring a coupon and therefore misleading the consumer.
