Mmkay. I never write reviews but this deserves one. I couldn’t wait to get home for this lol .READTOTHEEND! So i place an order over the phone with Anna(who was pretty friendly btw) & she tells me my SMALL pizza(½ bbq chicken ½ pepperoni) will be ready in 15 mins amounting to $ 19.something. Ridiculous but ok I’m hungry and don’t feel like cooking. Not their faults prices are stupid high but the pizza should be worth the price… So I get there in 10 minutes and I witness my pizza coming out of the oven. It had a huge bubble in the middle and just didn’t look appetizing or like what I usually order. So without me saying anything, a woman who I’m going to assume is Anna, nicely enough says«I’m going to remake that for you» and I simply say«Okay»… As she is getting ready to make it, she offers to make it a medium which I turned down and told her not to worry about it just to even out the niceness lol(shortly after, I realized«wtf why wouldn’t you rather pay $ 20 for a medium instead of a small, stupid) So anyway, as she is making my new pizza a random woman comes from the back(not completely random, she had on the round table gear so she worked there of course). Anna who is on the other side of the kitchen asks her to take the ugly pizza off the oven belt because she’s remaking it. The random yells«Aww booger!» Insinuating that the pizza looks a mess lol She(the random) then starts poking the pizza with her bare fingers yelling«It’s fine, you don’t have to remake it! «Anna yells back«it’s too late, I’m already making it». The random continues to say, while poking the pizza with her dirty nubs, «No seriously it’s good come look». So Anna, apparently convinced that the pizza is okay says«Really?!» All excited… I’m dead now. They look at me, and start preparing to give me that S#!+ and I dart straight out of there lol I am not paying a dime for booty-finger pizza lol SORRY ! Now if I would’ve gotten there in the 15 minutes she suggested, instead of the 10 I actually arrived, I would’ve been $ 20 short, eating pizza that a RANDOM stuck her cochina fingers in multiple times. NOSIR ! So, I took my happy self right on down to Las Panchitas lol I wanted Mexican anyway !

I don’t eat out, the only time I do I enjoy two things Chinese take out and Round Table Pizza. I am not picky about service or like much small talk when I am dining, I however enjoy a well prepared pizza and clean area to eat in. This was not the case in my experience at your location in pittsburg CA(Buchanan rd) upon entering this location around 6pm 04÷08÷16 I smelled a really FOUL odor which I was willing to over look because we were hungry. Well after ordering we looked for a place to sit and the entire restaurant was filthy! We had to clean our own table. Strike two! Why didn’t i just leave? Because I love Round Table. I would also like to point out their were at least 10 people«working«at the time of our experience most just doing absolutely nothing. We wait for our pizza and when one of the employees brings it out its barely a pizza! He also gave me wet plates and told me they had just been washed. why couldn’t he dry them before bringing them to my table? I don’t know. Final straw MOLD in the Parmesan on the table to which my Boyfriend had ate before we realized it. From there we brought it to John the«manager’s» attention to which he said NOTHING! I took pictures of everything and will be calling the health department. It’s one thing to have bad service it’s another to give us spoiled food. This location had no one dining on the inside but us, so the service wasnt because it was busy it was plain disrespect. Don’t waste your money here! Also not as a big of deal as everything else but they had NOTOGOCUPS, NODRINKSTOREPLENISH in the drink dispenser.

This is in no way a reflection of the customer service I received as I believe everyone that I dealt with was great and very understanding. However I feel ripped off almost as if I threw 60 something bucks down the drain. Pizza is undercooked crust is doughey looking. I had one pizza made incorrectly called to take it back and had another made right away(again thought the customer service was good) get home only to find bits of bacon on my pizza(I didn’t order that and I don’t eat any sort of pork) it just ruined my appetite and messed my night up. 1 star rating

Customer service at this place sucks. I got two pizzas which was $ 50 bucks and the people working are rude. I can definitely go else where. Place just looks nasty/dirty on this inside.

NOT good customer service. I called in to order and was on hold for 5 minutes while driving to the location trying to get a head start. I walk in the location workers are just standing around but I let it go. I figured we are here we can order so we did. We placed our order and 30 minutes later nothing. I get up to ask about our order and Leigha(worker) says 6 minutes while another worker is looking in the oven and doesn’t see our order. So I inquire again and Leigha says with an attitude they ran out of dough but there was 3 pizzas in the oven, 1 lined up to go into the oven and they were making pizza but none were mine. Keep in mind we were the only order in the store waiting. How could all those pizzas be cooking and not ours??? Obviously the dough came in but they passed our order up. Because of this workers smart remarks I got loud and disrespectful because of her comment and lack of service or knowing how to handle the situation. Anna(supervisor) comes out nice and calm with no smart remarks and handles the situation and because of her calming attitude I then got calm but I could hear Leigha still making some comments with another co worker. Hopefully her upper management teaches her manners and customer service. Don’t eat here unless you you want to spend your money with a business that does what they want you to do and not what other round table standers are.

Horrible! This used to be my favorite places to eat. But this restaurant is filthy and the salad bar isn’t cold half the lights don’t work so you can’t see all the fixings. We are extremely disappointed! Don’t be coming back.

Every time we’ve ordered from this round table off of Buchanan we’ve gotten the wrong pizza.(We’ve ordered from them several times) They brought us a replacement, but then tried to charge us an additional $ 10. Last Night was the Last time. The quality of pizza wasn’t bad, but we don’t want to wait an extra hour for them to get the order right every time we want pizza.

I wrote to their Corporate office about the bad experience I had here but they never even bothered to respond. That tells me this store and the main office do not care what their customers have to say. They charge premium prices for their food and I got a pizza that looked and tasted terrible. The crust had a stale consistency and it was missing toppings. It was brought to a managers attention and she didn’t even pretend to care. For the amount they charge for their food I would think they would at least have customer service. To boot; I heard the cashier tell the manager that my pizza should have been remade as I was leaving. The cashier has a better sense of customer service then the manager I was dealing with. They should be ashamed to charge so much for mediocrity! Especially since their corporate office doesn’t seem to care either. I had given 2 stars but typing this reminded me of how scammed I felt. 1 star now

today I ordered an Italian artisan pizza at around 6:10 and not only did it get here at 7:50 it was missing ingredients and when I called back 20 min before it was delivered to check the status of this pizza the person I talked to said oh my driver is on their way sorry about that… Then as I mentioned earlier didn’t arrive until 20 min later … I live 10 min or LESS from this«restaurant.» Not to mention the driver made no effort to apologize for their mistake. Horrible service will not be ordering from here again. The one star is because I USE to like this company’s pizza but they clearly hire people who are not big on customer service.

We ordered a pan crust King Arthur pizza on Feb. 4 and waited an hour for our delivery. When it was received, we were given a thin crust pizza. After calling to complain, I was told by the manager that when the order was taken, they wrote down«thin crust» even though I ordered it online and had an email receipt that said«pan crust». She then offered to cook a new pizza but informed me it would be an hour and a half before someone could deliver it. That is completely unacceptable to have to wait that long for a new pizza when it was the restaurant’s fault. This is the 5th time we have been given a thin crust pizza when we’ve ordered a pan crust in the last 12 months and will no longer order from this location.

My husband loves Round Table, which is the only reason we continue to order from this place. They have forgotten part of our order 4 out of the last 6 times, 2 of those times the delivery driver acted as if it were our fault and expected us to be okay with just not having that piece of our order, despite the fact we had already paid. Management is TERRIBLE, they make no effort to rectify any bad experience, they clearly don’t care at all. All that plus it takes usually at least twice the amount of promised delivery time. By far the WORST Round Table I have ever been to.

Let me just say i will not be returning to the round table in pittsburg ca… they absolutely suck!!! Fresh ingredients — ha !!! Yeah RIGHT… very lousy… and for management for the lack of trying to remedy the outcome … # FU $ KING A!!! The app should allow me to summit a post with no star!!!

This place sucks. Not the food, but the service. My family has ordered here three times, and they failed to deliver our food every single time. We did the online ordering, and we waited an hour and a half and did not receiver our food. We called and they told us the food is on the way. We waited another hour and still no food. All in all, don’t go here. The service is the worse. Go to Subway. It’s next door. They serve pizza, and you’ll for sure get it.

I won’t be coming here again, this place is so dirty. There are no customers in here except me. People working here should be cleaning. The sneeze guard on the salad bar is disgusting, the salad dressings are old. I paid two dollars for an unsweetened iced tea but all they have to drink is in the soda machine. No unsweetened iced tea so I ended up paying two dollars for class of water
