Fontaine Cleaners

I’ve visited Fontaine several times each time a little different but my last two visits have been consistent. Great customer service and very attentive to your needs.
I have visited other cleaners like faultless down the road and although they are cheaper when I take my clothes there I itch terribly after. They are not very welcoming either.
Same with another cleaner in Antioch they are nice and fast but I itch after.
I’ve never had any issue with Fontaine and the women whom I think is the owner is super sweet. I’ve also received a laundry bag a few years ago for my dry cleaning, They have my measurements stored, and today I received a holiday gift a lent roller.
I’m pretty happy customer and I highly recommend Fontaine cleaners.

Came in for dry cleaning and alterations, multiple times, they always do an excellent job and they do it on time. Very friendly, I highly recommend their services!!!

Stopped by to ask if they could sew on a few patches to my vest, told them i could not leave it and they would have to do it while i waited. She asked me to show her what I wanted and then stopped a woman from what she was doing and had her do my cut first.
I was in and out in minutes and they did a fantastic job.

I have been going to fontaine cleaners my entire adult life, so a whopping 8 years. Prior to that, I saw my mom weekly take her clothing there. The experiences I have had with them span over 2 decades.
They are a staple of the community, hard working, their goal is to please you to your satisfaction and they do a great job. In addition, the same quality of work you would get in Walnut Creek or Concord would be a good 25% more in price.
Fontaine is affordable and dependable. I appreciate them being so stable and always there. They have been nothing but a pleasure to work with.
There are times when I present them with tears in a shirt or dress they’re unsure they can fix but in the end they always do. I appreciate their effort and expertise.
I would recommend fontaine cleaners to anyone for any dry cleaning or small repair needs.

I dropped off an article of clothing to have a button put back on. When I went to prepay I was informed that can’t take cards for anything under $ 10 (was not the case the last time I went there a few months prior) When I went to go pick up my stuff I was told there was nothing under my phone number and the lady walked away and started doing something else. When she saw I hadn’t left she said I need to give her the «right» phone number or there is nothing she can do. When I informed her that was my only phone number so not sure what she wanted she just kept doing other things. After another 5 minutes of ignoring me she asked me to write down my name and found my item under that, of course they had put it under some random phone number that was not mine. The fact that it took her so long to ask for the name and the fact that she kept implying I didn’t know my own phone number is why I am giving them 2 stars. The items I have had cleaned and altered here always come out fine but given the amount of dry cleaners in this area I’d rather go somewhere with much better service.

I really like the service here, very personable. And they do great alterations! I like the fact that they keep your alteration measurements for future use… and just really nice people.

Very efficient. My clothes have always come back in good shape. The tailoring is also excellent and well priced. They do a great job of finding the right lengths and my clothes always fit well as a result!

I gave Fontaine Cleaners three stars because of their fast and proficient tailoring work only. As a dry-​cleaning establishment, on several occasions my suits would come back shiny, or I would find new creases on my pants, which in my opinion are unacceptable.
HINT: When taking in items for tailoring, you must make sure they are laundered (or dry-​cleaned) beforehand so that the material can shrink. At that point, alterations can be safely made.
