BBO Poker Tables

I ordered the Ultimate Poker Table and worked with a graphic designer for a custom table. Graphic designer Collette was a pleasure to work with. She was quick, efficient and continued to work with me until the design was perfect! I read earlier reviews about delivery concerns but I had a great experience. Delivery was on time, and was not curbside. The driver backed right up to my garage and helped unload everything! The table itself is everything I expected and more. I was concerned with custom graphics but my expectations have been exceeded! Very pleased with my purchase!

I purchased the full armrest Helmsley poker table which includes the dining top. I am super happy with my purchase. The table easily fits 8 for poker 9 or 10 is tight fit but doable. The table top is easy to remove and replace. The custom felt turned out great. The dining top is a little taller than a normal table but we found chairs for it. The table top has a bit of a green tint just as pictured on the website. Customer service was great while setting up my order.

What a great looking poker table! If you want a furniture quality poker table that all your buddies will rave about, this is it. I never seen a poker table that looks this good in any game room furniture stores. For those of you with any concerns over buying poker table online (as did I), here is my experience with BBO Poker table. I spent about two week researching online on different poker table merchants. Unfortunately, there wasn’t many merchants nor too many reviews on these merchants. Most sites are about how to build your own table which wasn’t for me. I wanted a furniture quality poker table I can leave out that will look good in my entertainment area. It came down to a local game room furniture store and BBO Poker tables. Specifically, American Heritage High Stakes poker table and BBO Premier or Elite poker tables. Poker tables at the local game room furniture store were about 2 to 3 times more than BBO Poker. They also didn’t have a table which the cup holders were on the arm rest (I read in several forums having cup holders on arm rest is better) BBO poker had a close out on Premier poker table which put this table at even greater value. I opted to go with BBO Premier poker table.
Online ordering took about two minutes. BBO Poker uses paypal, which I trust and prefer to use for online purchases (you can read about paypal security and benefits by searching online). I received shipping confirmation next day (I didn’t do any custom work which I read can take few more days). I was concerned over shipping as these bulk shipping carriers can be a headache. I got a call from Estes Express to set up shipping date/​time between 9 – 4. Not ideal range, but expected based on online research. Estes express delivery guy was awesome! He pulled to my drive way and hauled three boxes on a big wooden pallet inside my garage. Shipping boxes all looked fine and nicely fastened to the over-​sized pallet. Delivery guy was patient as I carefully inspected the table. He even offered to help me carry the table inside my house. This is above and beyond as he is only obligated to drop the merchandise. My experience with Estes express and delivery process was very positive.
It didn’t take very long to put the table together. Table itself is one piece, hence only needed to put the table legs together. Each legs are well built and solid. Table is heavy and well built (you’ll need two person to move the table). Poker table looks solid and well built. Much more solid than poker tables I saw at the local game room furniture stores. Arm rest is soft, playing area is nicely patted. This is the best looking poker table I ever seen. All my buddies complements how great this table looks and ask me where I got it. If I was BBO, I would add BBO badge somewhere on the table. This is the most beautiful table I’ve ever seen, BBO should proudly badge it, so I can easily brag that I got a BBO poker table. BBO poker table looks better and fraction of the cost than tables made by big name game room manufacturer. I’m extremely happy I got this table from BBO poker table.

I’m not one to engage in hyperbole so my observations are not intended to be over the top. That being said, I would advise any business to take a page out of BBO Poker Tables customer service model. From sales to factory worker, everyone was a delight to deal with. Excellent service with genuine people; not a «canned» delivery but sincere and personable employees.
Their outstanding customer service coupled with their excellent products (got the Helmsley) make this an outstanding company to do business with.

I ordered a table online — nowhere does it say they are curbside delivery or that they don’t assemble the table when you place an order. Two days later, I got a phone call from one of the customer service reps who needed to confirm our address. She then said we should make sure to check the boxes when they arrive to make sure they’re not damaged. That is all she said.
A few days later, it occurred to me that she might mention that because the people delivering the boxes won’t be bringing them up to our apartment. My boyfriend called back and asked to confirm if this service was curbside or not. The lady said it was, but that the boxes were three, easy-​to-​lift containers that me and my boyfriend would be able to carry ourselves, no problem.
When the table got here at 7:30 at night, the truck driver said he couldn’t deliver it to our apartment, which he was sitting right in front of. We went down to the truck and asked to see the table before the truck driver drove off with it, which he had begun to do. He reversed and parked again, then opened the back and showed us the table. It was in two HUGE boxes, not three small ones, like we were promised.
The driver tried to lift the boxes himself — merely to see how heavy they were for us — and could not lift his side of it. He was a large man who is obviously able to carry and lift heavy boxes, as he’s a truck driver and does this sort of thing all day. If he couldn’t lift it, my boyfriend and I definitely could not lift the boxes ourselves. We live on the second floor — there’s no way we could’ve gotten those boxes up the stairs to our apartment.
We told the driver we didn’t want it and called the company to cancel our order, as we were lied to on the phone and did not receive the service or product we were told we would get. The company returned our call, but neither the CSR nor the manager would listen to us, and when we tried to explain what happened, they hung up on us — repeatedly. I’ve never seen such terrible customer service from a company in my life. I will not be recommending them to anyone.

Love the table but my chairs and table top were on back order for about a month if your going to tout yourself as the premier poker table company you need timely delivery how about making your tables on America with American workers not communists. I think I could make a better table cheaper in america with American labor and not have to rely on ships and customs. Time to break out my reverse engineering skills.
