I had read a blog that said this is one of the top five PismoBeach restaurants so we thought we would try it for lunch. I had the Morro Bay fish tacos on special and my granddaughter had three cheese quesadilla adding mushrooms and salami. We shared berry cobbler for dessert. Everything was perfection. I am constantly on a search for great fish tacos and I now have found THE perfect place locally. The berry cobbler was not too sweet and arrived in its own hot ramakin with fresh sliced strawberries on top and lightly dusted in powdered sugar. What a fun and delicious dessert to share together! We will be back soon. Oh and did I mention the music playing was so pleasant to create a little calm paradise in Pismo Beach.

Really good food. What I liked about it was that it tasted like homemade food. Seem like a family run little business, because the way that the cook/chef talked to the waiter when he asked about if there was pork(which we don’t eat) in a particular dish for us, it seemed like a father scolding a child, for asking a dumb question… strange, but, oh well, the food was good. We will be back again for sure!

Pros: vegan options(even have a vegan menu) Also, our server was so incredibly nice! I wish I remembered her name(she was a blonde lady thats all I can recall) Cons: I mentioned I have an oil allergy and ordered the vegan burger and side of grilled corn. Later, another server(rather curt and rude) came back saying those items can’t be made without oil. Firstly, corn simply grilled CAN be made without oil, so I found this to be more of an excuse. Second, I KNOW vegan burgers can be made oil free as well. Maybe the texture would be slightly different, but I would still gladly eat it. He later came back with the menu and circled items without oil… salads…yum. I ended up ordering a vegan sandwich and side salad. Small portion for the price. Bread was as big as the cheap Sara Lee brands you find at the store. Our awesome waitress however suggested simple balsamic vinegar as a dressing which I gladly accepted. Seconds later, she came out with the bottle.

Family owned, operated and awesome! The food is fresh, simple and delicious. My wife and I love unique spots and we will come here everytime we’re in pismo from now on. Check them out and support this place!

Driving up the coast, seeking a healthy and fresh place to eat, I stumbled upon Graze. Outstanding food with plenty of vegan options! Couldn’t have been happier with the house made veggie burger, veggies and red pepper dip, tomato soup, chili and pasta salad. Adorable setting and wonderful service.

As good as it gets in Pismo Beach and for that matter from santa Barbara to San Luis Obispo. Great time even if you have to help wash the dishes but you get an amazing piece of chocolate cake.

My husband and I went there for early dinner. Service was good and fast. Very good quality food for vegetarian. Along with that they do hVe quite a few vegan and gluten free options too. Highly recommended. Really loved their 3 beans soup.

I love this place! Been here twice and the food was amazing both times. Their ingredients are fresh and the food has great flavor. I have celiac disease so I’m always looking for«safe» gluten free restaurants. This one is definitely celiac friendly. Everything is marked clearly on their menu. The service is slower, but I don’t mind because the food is always good! The peanut butter GF cookie is so good!

We love places like this. Very nice inside. It’s a small local storefront, so can’t expect it to look like the Four Seasons. But it’s tastefully done, cute and very clean. Not a huge number of tables, but enough. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. A gentleman who I assumed to be one of the owners came over to see if we wanted any drinks. He was very personable and we enjoyed chatting with him. Once we sat, he came over again and gave us a rundown on the menu, insisting that everything on the menu will be good. My wife tried the Lasagna, which was original and very tasty. I had the burger with the gluten free bun. Also very good. What makes this place is the friendly, genuine service.

Over priced mixed in with lousy service. It was my first time here and not sure if I would go back. Burgers were small and not cooked properly. 11 bucks for a small burger that just wasn’t the quality it represented in the menu. Very disappointing that the owner who seated us really doesn’t get you can’t run a successful restaurant and wait tables. He just doesn’t have the personality to serve table rather his time should be spent managing his restaurant. On a positive note. Place was clean and it served good verity of beer on tap. Unique. Manager/owner. Let your waiters and servers do their jobs or hire someone who knows waiting. Fix your menu and or your presentation. Quality does cost and I’m willing to pay for it. Fix these and people like me will come often.

Graze burger(beef) with gluten free bun and horseradish aioli — — FANTASTIC! Done to perfection! Plus they have jasmine kombucha on tap that is amazing! Very light and refreshing! Give this place 9⁄10!

I really wanted to like this place. I wanted another great option to add to our dining rotation. I had read so many good things about Graze that I was excited as we walked through the door. Upon arriving, we were seated promptly(in an empty restaurant) by our server,(who in my opinion was not at all dressed appropriately for her job). She was friendly enough, but not knowledgeable about the menu when asked about food preparation and ingredients. She read the specials robotically from a cheat cheat. She leaves menus(that were dirty and in need of replacing) on the table and returns to take our order in just a few minutes. After asking our questions about specific items, we order. Hubby got the lasagna rolls everyone has been raving about, and I ordered the Little GTO. First the lasagna. One word: BLAND. the turkey sausage was tasty, but the rest of the dish was lacking. Definitely not worth the $ 10 price tag. The GTO was just average. The cheese was not completely melted, and the Ortega chili was chopped rather than a whole chili(which is I guess a personal preference). The bread was standard. The sweet potato fries were good, but were not very hot and slightly under seasoned. The food as a whole is seriously lacking. The meal was over, and now back to the poor service. Asked our server for the check. Then watched her go mill around in the kitchen area, and chat with the older female in the kitchen(owner maybe?) before finally coming to the table and setting down a little jar with the check in it, and walk away. No «thanks for coming in». Nothing. Just a jar with a check. Overall it was a very generic experience, with very poor service, and average food. I guess the search for add to our dining rotation continues!

This place is NOT to be missed. Wonderful food and great sauce pairings. At the table we had two orders of fresh, local yellowfin tuna tacos and salads. The chipotle tarter sauce is unbelievable! There was also the CVS sandwich. It was like a layer fresh veggie salad. Sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. Dessert was also outstanding. GF peanut butter cookie, Mexican chocolate tart and the lemon soufflé. Lemon soufflé stole the show!

The place looks and sounds better than the food actually is. I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup combo. First off they wouldn’t let me swap the tomato soup for fries? I was told it has to come with soup or salad only. It made no sense, it was warm outside and I didn’t feel like eating warm soup for lunch… oh well, don’t worry about what the customer wants. The food looked great however the cheese was not even melted inside my sandwich. You could still see each slice of cheese since it wasn’t even hot. The tomato soup had a weird chemically taste to it. Not impressed with the food or the lack of customer service at this place. The décor was very strange too. The place must of been a Mexican restaurant in a previous life?! Wasn’t impressed.

**I would like to publicly post my reply to the business owner, so that prospective customers can see my response to the immature, judgmental comment of the business owner** «This comment means everything. Instead of owning up to the poor service & making excuses for your establishment… you must get mad at the reviewer, bash them, make judgments about their life & eating habits. I described my unsatisfactory experience at your restaurant. You should own up to your weakness & not at all go name calling & judging my life. Matter of fact, I am none of the things you stated. I OWN my place of residence, do not live at home, graduated from a university & know for a fact that I make more money than you; a struggling restaurant owner in Pismo Beach. Just needed to set that straight. Also, I did state that the waitress was not at fault for the kitchen’s mistakes & was not at all bashing on her. As for your wife, I was simply describing her. SHEISINDEED an elderly white woman. Elderly, at that she is twice my age. My apologies that this simple observation hit you hard. Lastly, for the Mac N Cheese. It is hilarious how you clown my choice of food when your restaurant serves it as a more refined dish. I did not order this as a kid’s menu dish with chicken nuggets. Kudos to you & your maturity. *clap clap*»

What a very unexpected fun find. We stopped in San Liege’s tasting room for a quick tasting on our drive back to San Francisco from Santa Barbara, and decided to grab lunch since we were in town. Would never have expected such wonderful cuisine with an emphasis on local/fresh ingredients based solely off the venue itself. Could have easily passed by this place had I not seen the glowing reviews on Unilocal. Our experience was right in line with everyone else’s comments. The food was fantastic and very healthy, not loaded with unnecessary grease. I had the Chipotle Chinese Chicken salad(4 stars) and my husband had the Chicken Burger with avocado(4 stars). Both were full of fresh ingredients and a lot of great flavor. We also added on the sweet potato chip fries(3 stars), which were just okay(kind of chewy vs. being crisp like we were expecting, and a bit bland). Would definitely stop back in if we’re ever in the area. I think next time I’d try the fish tacos.
