Worst Taco Bell experience in a years or just«fast food» in general. Get to the ordering intercom to order after 5 minutes of only one car in front of that section. Then to proceed to the pick up line. Another 20 minutes with 5 cars in line. I ask the cashier if they do military discount she stated that she didn’t know. The lazy incompetent female didn’t even bother to ask management just rang me up. Get home(5 minutes from Taco Bell) to eat half filled soggy tacos. I won’t go back till I hear they hire new management that hire worthy employees capable of knowing if they have military discount and get food out in a reasonable time under 25 minutes. And to think fast food workers want more pay on the hour. What a joke.

Taco Bell when I’m on the road in some random small town is reliably delicious for those of us who, for better of for worse, think that Taco Bell is tasty. But only this location has ever impressed me with its customer service. The entryway to this location is not very big, so the line can look awful crowded real quick. Nevertheless, the cashier had a wonderfully calm demeanor and handled the crowd well. I was especially impressed that he took the time to double-check that the itemized receipt(and thus the order) was correct before giving the receipt to the customer. The person who was calling out order numbers and handing food to customers was also very friendly and competent as a manager. I overheard her admonishing gently a line worker who had made a mistake on a to-go order, which I thought was a great incident to observe: she cares that this location gets things right, and she knows how to give constructive criticism. Love it! She also told me to «have a beautiful day,» when she gave me my order, which is a phrase that I just love. This Taco Bell has a great interior aesthetic. Perhaps it was recently redone? It looks all McCafe with its bar stool high seats and its single-person plush chairs and plush benches.

OK, its Taco Bell… the only nice thing with the TB in Piqua is they have a Pizza Hut as the ‘other half’, so you can get personal pan pizzas with bread sticks AND a taco. Yummy
