BUYERBEWARE! I ordered magnets from this seller and paid an exorbitant $ 13.38 for a package that weighed about a pound to go from PA to NJ(shipped UPS for some unknown reason). When I opened the package I saw that four had arrived broken. When I contacted the company they told me that the magnets were brittle and there was nothing they would do for me. There was no warning that the magnets could be damaged in shipping and for the ridiculous amount I paid to have them shipped UPS, you would think I would be able to get them in one piece. When I said I wanted to return the whole order for a refund they told me they would not accept the broken magnets back and there would be a $ 10 restocking fee on my $ 18 order. I have since opened a PalPal dispute which I am hoping will resolve this ridiculous matter. Terrible customer service with this slipshod operation!

These guys are great… got my order fast(ordered Fri and got Monday) and them magnets got more grip than the snapping turtles at the watering hole… really like the extra care with packaging and the separators! See my pictures… I don’t know why there are some unkind reviews here, but my experience was absolutely first rate. Good website… was able to learn about the types and characteristics and the specifications for each magnet including holding force in pounds. Made me some awesome magnetic latches and learned all about magnets too!

Horrible customer service. I needed to return/exchange the product that I purchased so I left them numerous voice messages asking for someone to call me back. When I finally got a hold of someone the 30 day return policy had passed. They were rude and completely unwilling to refund my money for a product that was still in the original packaging.

Just about every review of this place online has been awful, so I guess it’s a little bit my fault that I didn’t research a little more before ordering. This was hands-down the worst retail experience of my entire life. I purchase $ 8 worth of magnets and it cost me $ 5 to ship. When I received them, the two thicker magnets were perfectly fine, but the two thin magnets were cracked. I emailed their customer service and provided them with a picture, asking if they could replace the two thin ones with less expensive, thicker magnets that could stand up to the shipping. The response was the same form email everyone else has received, saying that they are brittle by nature, so they aren’t responsible once they’re shipped. I replied that I paid for four magnets and they shouldn’t be content with only half of them showing up in one piece, hoping they would come to their senses and pay the $ 5 maximum it would have cost to rectify the situation. I was ignored. Finally a couple days later I sent an email threatening to dispute charges and negatively review them if they didn’t replace the magnets or refund the cost of the broken magnets plus shipping. Their response was: «A credit card refund has been processed for the magnets you broke.», blaming me for the issue and ignoring my request that they refund the shipping, which was the bulk of the cost as the broken magnets retailed for under $ 2 combined. One more back and forth and all I got was a snotty attitude from their«customer service» guy, further blaming me for the issues, because even though they admitted that the magnets were very brittle, I was told that it was impossible for only two of them to brake in transit(even though the ones that didn’t break were far thicker and less brittle). I have since disputed the shipping charges and cost of the magnets(have yet to see the refund go through) and will never, ever use this terrible company again.

Was looking for some strong magnets for a project at home when I found this company. Pricing was good, so we placed our order. The 12 magnets arrived with one of them broken into 3 pieces(they were sold as 6 pair). I contacted the company to see if they could replace just the single magnet(half of the pair), which retailed for under $ 2. They told me the magnets are brittle by nature, and are inspected prior to shipping, so they’re not responsible one they leave their facility. Horrible customer service, easily breakable products, & total apathy make this a horrible company in my book. Buy somewhere else!
