World class coffee… and this coming from the biggest pain in the ass coffee snob there is. The flavors are notably rich and deep. Love the Sumatra in the coffee press and the Komodo for espresso. And not only does it taste great, it’s USDA certified organic and their decafs are made using the Swiss water process. I honestly can’t believe a little coffee roasting operation in Bucks County is making such amazing coffee. All in all, a must try.

Discovered this Coffee Roaster last winter. The actual roasting location was located about ten minutes from my house. They are one of only two certified organic roasters in PA. We had stopped by the indoor Stockton Farmers Market and noticed their table; this sparked my interest and I decided to contact them the following week to get my hands on some of their roasted beans. I started with the Coffee Lovers blend. It was very good. A nice blending of South and Central American beans. From there I moved on to the single origin — Guatamala which is a nice medium roast that is fair trade organic AND shade-grown. I have also had the Papua New Guinea, Mocha Java(makes a nice expresso) and the breakfast blend. All of these are quality roasts … Most of their selections are about $ 10 for 12oz. You can purchase their coffee many different ways: Paypal via the internet; in person at the roasting site; at the stockton farmers market; or at the many different store locations throughout the Delaware Valley. They also have a presence on Facebook. Warren and Karen May are nice people who care about the porduct they put on the market. They are one of the better coffee roasters in Bucks County. Check them out …
