They now have a car wash. All done by hand. This is a small family run business. Quick and fair price.

The gas station is fine, but on Tuesday evening, i pulled in and another car behind me. We both used the ATM machine thingy to pump our gas, and I just realized by looking at my on line bank statement that i paid for his gas and mine! UGH! I left my name and number with the gas station in hopes he will realize and come back. He was a white male in his 30s driving a sparkly white prius…:-)

During my Albany to Martinez reverse commute, I sometimes find myself on I-80 with the gasoline light staring me in the face. And once you turn off to Highway 4, it’s a long and stretch to central Contra Costa County without a service station. So I usually turn off on Pinole Valley Road and head to this Arco. I like it because the fuel is «cheap» and there’s plenty of room to pull in, gas up, and get back on the road.

The gas is super cheap. End of story. Cheapest place on Pinole Valley Road for gas. When you leave you can really peel out good at this place. You are going to be so happy that the price is so low you will want to peel out. EEEEEERRRRRRRRTTTTTTTTT!!! Enjoy. If you go there tell the cashier that Cynthia said hi, The tough transsexual with the lowered black Civic Si with dark pink windows all around. This is also a good place to sneak a tag onto a pole. A lot of people go here and you wil be shocked at how many people will see your tag there… so get your street fame also.
This place has quite a few energy drink options also. Even a few of the super large sizes. Will give you the energy you need to peel out of the parking lot. lol By the way, this place is no-frills. Only good for gas. If you want air for your tires you would probably be better off going to Chevron down the street.

This place brings back some nostalgia since I spent a good half of my childhood in Pinole. I seriously remember this place had regular for $.99/gallon and the car wash was the coolest thing in town. Now, it’s a wanna-be AM/PM and no car wash, and crappy gas. My 17 year old Lexus gets shitty MPG on this stuff — yes I know it’s not a friggin’ Prius but c’mon 14−15MPG on premium is not cool and my parent’s Honda lawn mower is now sputtering on this stuff. If I have to get cheap gas, I’ll just get it at Costco when I’m there. At least Costco gets their stuff from Chevron…

I passed by here today and the gas was $ 3.17 which is cheap… Which is also some real fucked up shiT that they are charging Fucking $ 3.59 in the city . Gas is so much that you see gas 43.17 and give it 5 stars because you are happy that the car that used to cost you $ 25.00 to fill up is now $ 40.00 at the $ 3.17 cheap gas station. UGGGH
