Colin filmed and produced a short video for my professional clinical counseling website. Colin is professional, kind, focused, and quite talented at his work. He is also forgiving, because he had no problem answering my many questions and didn’t mind my asking to test run the video with several different soundtracks. During the shoot, he helped me feel comfortable and at ease, even though I am not typically relaxed in front of a camera. And, he is very efficient– the video was shot in one afternoon, and it was completed very quickly. Highly recommended for cinematography and photography!

We hired Colin as a cinematographer to film a short documentary on a bay area martial artist. Over the space of a two day shoot, he was able to provide us a wide variety of coverage that included intimate, close-​up interview footage as well as dynamic action footage captured using a steadicam.
Colin is both a gifted photographer and cinematographer who has a masterful understanding of composition and lighting. Colin’s talent, professional demeanor and technical proficiency puts him at the very top of the list of photographer’s I’ve worked with in my career. I give him my highest recommendation.

I did a photo session with Colin months ago, and I am still getting so many compliments on the photos he took!
I have zero experience modeling, but Colin is really good at getting you in the best, most flattering poses and putting you at ease.
I overall had a great time during the shoot, and am so happy that even months later, people are still talking about my these photos.

Colin was fantastic to work with. He’s very laid back and put you at ease immediately, but he was also very focused and worked quickly and efficiently. Colin is by far, one of the best photographers I’ve ever been photographed by. He’s really good at giving direction, so don’t be worried if you’ve never had professional photos done. He’s make sure you look great! The environment is professional, but comfortable and relaxing at the same time. Forget about any anxiety you might have about being in front of a camera. Colin will make sure you have a good time and get great images that you love.

I am thrilled with how my portraits came out that Colin did! I have been getting nothing but positive feedback from friends and family. He captured beauty that I did not know that I had. I’ve been getting a lot of compliments from people including entertainers, stylist etc. about how great I look in these pictures! Colin is obviously experienced in telling you how to pose and move your body to look feminine and fierce! He managed to airbrush my pictures to perfection, without making me look manufactured and took great couple portraits of me and my same-​sex partner. The pictures were wholesome without being cheesy. Colin is not creepy like so many male photographers I’ve had in the past, he’s very easy to talk to and cute as a button. The make-​up artist was very personable and educated me on make-​up tricks for my difficult skin-​type; she was FABULOUS!
