I recently moved to eastern Tennessee from Florida. Since spear fishing would probably be frowned upon here I decided to rekindle an old hobby of mine and take up mountain biking again. Since I haven’t been active in the sport since my military days I went to Piney Flats Bicycles with zero knowledge of the new bikes and equipment. WOW has the sport evolved over the past 20 years! Brian took the time to go over every aspect of the sport, he explained the differences in bikes and the fact that all the shop employees are avid riders he was able to give me some insight on what type of riding I could expect here. I told him what my budget was and he built me an awesome bike. They also organize group rides twice a week and are very active in the local community. I will be a customer for the entire time I live here.

They have been business for many years but unfortunately it takes that long to get parts. Several friends and I have taken our bikes there for service and ordered things and noticed that it can take weeks before things come in. What happened to overnight shipping or at least 3 – 5 days??? Good service but be willing to wait …
