A nightmare to deal with. Quality of massage was good and affordable. Since I’ve been looking for a massage therapist for ongoing treatment, I bought a package for 6 massages. BIG MISTAKE. In the past 8 months, I’ve had 3 massages and had 2 no-​shows. First, scheduled online, received confirmation, showed up at appointment time, and was told therapist/​office never saw the online appointment, so therapist busy with another client. Second time I scheduled directly with the therapist who forgot about the appointment. When I showed up, the office was closed — no one there. When I called the corporate office to get a credit for the rest of the massages, I was given a sympathetic ear with a promise of a credit. Weeks later, no credit received. Called again today with no one around to take my call. If I don’t receive my credit soon, my next step will be the Better Business Bureau.

Really glad I got this as a LivingSocial deal… not impressed at all. If you are looking for a true deep tissue massage, skip this place. Ambiance is not relaxing at all, «masseuse» talked at me the entire massage and was even trying to sell me on package deals while she was working! This is a ‘wanna be massage envy’ that has missed the mark.

Worse massage EVER! A birthday gift to myself. MOST of the hour was spent on the rt side of my back… MY ARMS were NEVER massaged AT ALL. never touched. RUINED MY BIRTHDAY! No asking what I wanted… I am extremely sore and If I could get a refund I WOULD. I will NOT Recommend to anyone.

Trini has hands of gold. I’ve gone to a lot of massage places in the Tampa Bay area and this is by far the best massage I’ve ever had.
