I had a decent sized rock chip in my windshield on a 2013 GMC Acadia Denali. I called multiple places and requested oem glass because the vehicle has head up display and requires special glass. All of the other places wouldn’t even listen to my request and said they would give me non-​oem glass. I called Crown Buick GMC (where I purchased my vehicle) and a service advisor recommended glasspro. Barry answered his phone, on a Saturday, after their normal business hours and was completely professional. I explained to him what I wanted and he said «we can try» instead of «no.» Ultimately, State Farm ultimately paid for the majority of the glass and glasspro came out and replaced the windshield in my driveway. Glasspro made this process easy and I would not hesitate in using them if I ever need a windshield replaced.

I was having trouble finding someone that could repair my badly damaged car windshield quickly. While other bigger name places couldn’t make it out until 4 days later, Glasspro was able to schedule an appointment for me the very next morning (and on a Saturday no less!), and I didn’t even have to take it anywhere – they come right to your home! Scheduling was friendly, quick, and hassle-​free. The technician called to let me know he was close to my house, arrived right on time, and had everything completed within the hour! Very pleased with their service and would use them again if ever necessary!

I had one of those unfortunate accidents when your automobile glass shatters for no good reason and I was left with an open wound on my transportation that needed attention and soon. Visited a website that offered several repair quotes and chose this one. My good fortune. I contacted them later in the evening and they were there early the next morning ready for duty. Their representative was polite, efficient and did a very professional job on the repair of my shattered back window (all in less than 45 minutes including cleaning up the shattered glass pieces inside & outside my car). Looks like new. Can’t wait to try it out. Price was reasonable and had no added extras, exactly what was quoted including taxes. If ever I need my cars’ glass repaired in the future this number will be on my speed dial. I will recommend that others do the same.
