Closets by Design

This is the second time my wife and I were in the market for a new closet design.
They have an ad for up to 40% off their services. Sounded interesting.
The first time we went to look for this service was three years ago. My wife inquired and made an appointment online. They promptly no-​call no-​show. We went with California Closet and they did a great job.
Now, we have a new house and put everybody back in for consideration for our new closet.
Once again, we made an appointment on the closets by design website only to have the owner call my wife and say that there was actually no time available for the date we chose. My wife also specifically requested to only be emailed because she is a very busy person during most of the day.
Unfortunately, the idiot that runs Closets by Design does not get this or does not care and insisted on calling anyway.
I think the pattern is clear. Closets by Design is a terrible choice to try to use for your dream closet.

They changed the design of the closets without checking with us or getting it Really-​approved. Wanted a curve on the one corner section and picked it out of the magazine and then they installed a block corner and they said they didn’t sell the corner design. Then how did we pick it out and get it approved then?
After arguing about the design issue they gave me a 100 $ gift card to Starbucks but that still doesn’t change my family hitting themselves on the sharp corners of the new design they installed.
They damaged the paint on the closets that they did put in, and they forgot to attach the baseboard portion of the partitions in the one closet.
The workers did work late and finish in one day rather than taking the 2 days scheduled and in doing so left the garage house door open causing the A/​C to run all night to cool a three car garage.
Would definitely look for another company.
