Excellent service!
We recently moved to the area, our new home has a salt water pool. I stopped in to ask about treatment problems and asked if they offer pool maintenance service. They mentioned they do some limited service, but they cannot take any more clients beyond their capacity as selling pool supplies is their focus.
Instead of leaving with some product and wondering where I should try next, they handed me an empty bottle, told me to bring it full of our pool water and they would give us some tips on how to treat our pool by ourselves.
We will definitely be going back to Southern Tropics for future pool supplies. Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile just to plain old be nice. Breath of fresh air, you just don’t see selfless customer service anymore!
