Wow where do I start. First of all the lady who answers the phone (Christina) was polite and professional. She answered all my question and scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. The service technician showed up on time and performed a very thorough examination. He cleaned the filters and reset the timer. He answered all my husband questions thoroughly and professionally.
