Don’t waste your time or money! Most of the time they let you run out of propane bc they cannot show up for scheduled appointments. Sometimes they come on their own without authorization. Our tank was half full and they took it upon themselves to top off the tank. And this most recent occasion they took it upon themselves to close our account and remove our propane tank which was 80% full and our account had a balance of zero. So thwy did not close the acct due to failure to pay. When we asked why the tank was taken the woman on the phone said bc the customer requested to have the account closed and have the propane tank picked up… ummmm NO WE DIDN’T!!! So we have been without propane since friday, and we shouldn’t expect to get the tank back until Tuesday. Ohhh and I don’t want to forget the deep ruts that were left in the front yard by the driver. We called amerigas and told them our situation and they had zero compassion. So we have been showering in cold water for 3 days, and tomorrow will be the 4^th… when we asked if we will get the propane that was left in our tank the girl on the phone said she wasn’t sure if our tank was emptied yet or not. Friggin WOW! She had no name of the person that authorized the disconnction, and no assistance in helping up figure out what was going to be done with the remaining in our tank! this place is a nightmare to work with. I do highly recommend texas lone star propane. My parents and friends use them, that is where I will be going after I get my balance of the propane. So aggrieved!
