Gymboree Play& Music of Pinecrest

I booked this place for my sons 4^th birthday party 2 weeks in advance. We decided not to go with the up-​grade package (upgrade provides all the decorations) we saved probably 20 $ by doing so. Not a big deal but we were able to choose the theme we wanted.
Prior to the party there was some confusion and miscommunication with the event planner so I was a bit worried. The day of the party we showed up ½ hour early for set up. Any doubt that I had was quickly put at ease by the staff. The place is clean and set up super cute for kids.
The staff set up everything for us including table cloths, balloons, party decorations, cake table, ect. Food is not provided, you have to bring it yourself. (They don’t allow certain foods, check with them before ordering platters).
The staff interacts with the children by performing various activities to engage them to participate. Our party was 2 hours (you can add extra time for more $). We found 2 hours was perfect. Clean up is also done by the staff. The kids and adults had a great time, my son was supper happy. The party was perfect and I wouldn’t change anything. Highly recommend!
