Mountain Daze is part of series of Pine/Strawberry festivals. This year the mountain bike event, Fire on the Rim, will be held as a fundraiser for fire prevention. Proceeds benefit the fuel reduction program aimed at protecting the Tonto and Coconino forests. August 6 and 7 at the Community Center Ramada(Pine). Saturday 9 to 5 and Sunday 9 to 4 Event will include vendors, food, music, antique cars. There will be a Health Fair in the Cultural Hall next to this event, and the FIREONTHERIM Mountain Bike Race will be next door at the Pine Strawberry School
