No show at the pickup. After traveling for 24 hours straight hv car service was a no show at JFK. Called immediately to ask what’s going on and he said we cancelled !!! I confirmed the whole thing 10 days prior. I was unsure using a small company from pine bush… Obviously I do not recommend. They get 1 star for answering the phone with a live person.
