White Hall, AR
The two Pizza Huts in Pine Bluff could be the worst there are. I can call on a weekend and it sends me to a store in another state. I then place my order and minutes later the one here calls me and tells me they can’t make my pizza. Or they don’t, then I get to the store and they don’t have my pizza and can’t make it. This happens 4out of 5 times. I know I should quit going but I love Pizza Hut and the funny thing is when I am able to get a pizza from there, it tastes great.

Lived here for 18 years. I hate to say this about my own town but this place is really a disappointment. It’s not the food or the quality of the food. It’s the employees who work there. They are very rude and disregard their own customers. Overall, I’m just verbally disgusted by how they act and treat their customers.

White Hall, AR
The pizza is usually okay, but the service always sucks. The women who work there are more concerned with their hair, nails, and gossip than service. The men are always hitting on me, makes it very awkward. I just send my boyfriend in these days. They can also be very rude.
The only reason we go is for the $ 10 deal and the fact the Pizza Hut has the best pizza. But these guys can screw things up pretty easily. Don’t do the buffet, it’s food poisoning waiting to happen

There should be a negative rating. This is the WORST place ever. I’ve lived here 10 years and have never gotten a pizza from there. For some reason the orders don’t make it to the store when you call them in. Shame — Pizza Hut is my favorite place to eat pizza
