I have to say the accommodations at Joyful Acres are great. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We were able to bring our dogs bed and a few of his toys from home to make our 90Lb chocolate lab feel less homesick. When we picked him up he seemed happy and looked great. The staff even helped carry his stuff to the car. I guess you wonder why I didn’t give them a 5 star rating? We tried to call to check on our dog during the week and did not receive a call back. I would have given Joyful Acres a 5 star + if not for that. Could have just been miscommunication, but we really wanted to know how he was. I will be returning there in the future and would definitely say the drive there is worth it. Thank you soo much for taking care of Guinness.
