Do not go to this salon! This place is absolutely filthy and unsanitary. Although I was the very first customer of the day, there was tons of hair clippings everywhere, the owner tried to use dirty & used items (comb, brush, and towel) on me, and did not follow my instruction for what I wanted. I was completely unhappy with the experience overall.

Service was relatively quick and polite.
For me, the difference in service are in the small details. Although questions were asked to ensure my comfort, I was not asked what I thought when it was done or offered a mirror to see the back. Although the salon didn’t appear unhygienic it was not kept tidy or well-​swept. There was a television playing at normal volume somewhere in the store during my visit. Also, I found it odd that photos of my hair were taken without explanation.
I don’t see myself returning because for $ 55 (cut, wash and dry for long hair), I don’t think it’s worth it. There was nothing particularly negative with my experience there but I have had nicer haircuts at salons that seemed nicer, for less than $ 55.

Step foot in to this salon and you will see exactly why you should NOT get services done: it is beat down, broken up, trashed, paint splotches everywhere. It’s dirty, it’s unsanitary, and it’s literally appalling. I purchased a Groupon (or maybe it was a Living Social) and I highly regret it. While my experience was not as horrific as Belinda K, it was pretty bad-​my hair has never been so coarse or unhealthy. I look like Shakira (black roots, blond hair) even though I asked her to give me caramel highlights. After shampoo and a mediocre haircut, she tried to blow dry my hair while it was LITERALLY dripping wet. I asked for a towel to towel dry it a little before she cooked it with her dryer, and was handed a smelly moldy towel. PASS ON THE GROUPON! PAY MORE AND GO ELSEWHERE! DONT DO IT!

Do NOT buy a groupon or livingsocial deal for this salon! I purchased the partial highlight and cut package and have never been so disappointed. I have brown hair and wanted simple blended highlights for a fresh summer look. The stylist didn’t go to the root, even around my face and the highlights came out orange! I had to go to a pharmacy right after and pick up a box brunette dye to remove the orange.
While she was blow drying I knew it was going to need fixing but I did not trust her to fix it. The cut was better than the highlights but as for getting 4 inches off and layers, she didn’t take much time at all. I’m finding longer pieces here and there which I’ve been fixing myself.
The whole idea of having social networking deals is to get people to come back. The ladies did not seem welcoming or professional. I would not go back, not that they even asked to make another appointment. If I had paid full price (which was around 130 $ I would be absolutely livid). They do not deserve to charge that high at all!
