Worst customer service… ultimately cancelled our appointment before it happened after they failed to arrive for emergency service during the scheduled 4 hour window they provided (12 – 4 on a Sunday). They were unapologetic and informed us at 7PM that they needed to reschedule for 12−8PM the next day.
Why not be honest up front about scheduling — they caused us to wait needlessly without water when we probably could have found another plumber.
