Myriad

I found Myriad randomly and saw they had some pretty good reviews. Matt came out and (despite being a Patriots fan) did a GREAT job! He was hired for a 7 hour day and had some pretty tough tasks that he completed excellently. He multi-​tasked and invented ways to get our requests done. (I’m not even sure he ate lunch, he declined our offer of breakfast and water) His clean up was superb and he is the reason we just purchased another 7 hour job (we are getting our house ready for sale).

Very pleased. Found Myriad on groupon. Easy to get an appointment. Bill arrived early was friendly and very professional. Would use them in the future without hesitation!

I am always so happy to see Lloyd! I always have a list and he gets right to business taking care of one problem after another. He has installed outdoor window boxes, hung storm doors, fixed broken drawers, hung fixtures, installed curtain rods, painted, hung dropped ceiling tiles and the list goes on! He is always punctual, cleans up every bit a mess, is polite and friendly and is always very particular about doing an excellent job. I have sung his praises to my friends and they have taken my good advice to give him a call.

I found Myriad, LLC through Angie’s list. Two things as a result as a result of working with Lloyd: I highly recommend Angie’s list to find great contractors, and I highly recommend Lloyd and will continue to work with him as I continue to check off the tasks on my lengthy «to do» list for my 140 year old historic Baltimore rowhouse. Lloyd is the consummate professional; he comes with a tool truck, not a tool box, and is well-​skilled at every job i’ve asked him to do. Beyond that, he doesn’t waste any time, and he prepares in advance, so there are no surprises when he gets there.
Some of the tasks Lloyd has accomplished for me: rehung shower doors, caulked all my windows and doors, refinished my original wooden front door, blew in insultation in my laundry room, rehung shelves that had fallen off my old plaster walls, patched numerous holes, hung electrical fixtures… i am awaiting an estimate for the next job.
He is thorough; more of a craftsman than a contractor, but his prices are fair. I would highly recommend him to anyone who considers working on their home a labor of love, and worthy of doing the job well, even and especially when cost matters.
