Bring in your boneless venison and they return magical deliciousness! There is not one thing they process that I do not like, but bar none the best is their meat sticks. I drive an hour each way just to get my venison processed into their meat sticks. Jalapeño cheddar has just the right amount of heat, the regular are good too. While I’m there I make sure to get a couple pounds of their bacon to wrap my tenderloins. If I was a meat market I would be Walshes!
