overall a very good experience. nothing bad about the place except the wifi would cut in and out and would ask for the password every so often. beds were comfortable. didn’t try the breakfast but heard its a hit or miss from other reviews.

Enjoyed our 5 night stay at the vacation lodge. No one bothered us unless we asked and it was a quiet and comfortable stay. We were on the ground floor right in front of the pool but it was winter and it was closed. The location of this hotel is worth the money alone. Close to dollywood, dixie stampede, and gatlinburg. Had a fantastic stay. Will definitely come back here!

The room was inexpensive, roughly $ 80 with tax for a 2 queen beds, and it was clean. The beds were very comfortable. My one complaint is our room smelled like cigarette smoke and the front desk did not have another room to offer our family of four. The gentleman in charge of maintenance, was very nice, and he tried use a machine to rid our room of the smell coupled with a healthy dose of air freshener but it was still there. The breakfast was decent. They had donuts, bagels, eggs, juice, and biscuits and gravy, but no fruit.

Pros: very affordable, great location, clean rooms, hot breakfast
Cons: wifi doesn’t work, pool was very dirty and needed cleaned

I’ve been staying at vacation lodge for almost 7 years now it’s my go to place if I’m going to pigeon forge, there staff is always super friendly and ready to help in any way, there rooms are always kept up to date and clean and the pool is always clean and its heated! The location is great it’s practically in the middle of everything for the price this place is perfect!

We stay here every time we come to pigeon forge. The price can’t be beat. The rooms are nice and has always been very clean. Absolutely the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. The location is great right in the middle of everything. The staff has always been super friendly. The pool is very nice not to mention it’s heated! For the quality, location & price this place can’t be beat.

I didn’t really know what to expect after the cheap price, but after one look in the room I was very pleasantly surprised. I’ve been in a lot more expensive rooms that were a lot less nice. Rooms were very clean, price was great and location was fantastic! We will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I am very picky when it comes to hotels. It was such a great price. I chose this hotel because of how inexpensive it was, but it was not what you would expect for inexpensive. The accommodations were actually very nice. And I have got to say, the free breakfast was a treat. I really enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and I even enjoyed the lady that was working in the breakfast room. She was very accommodating. They tell you at the front desk that they will beat online hotel booking websites like Travelocity, etc., but I highly doubt that and I don’t trust that guarantee. Don’t mention online booking sites when you go to the front desk, just tell them you have a pre-​paid reservation, give them your name, and leave it at that. This place is right in the middle of it all and I highly recommend it.

I picked up a good deal off Travelocity for this place at $ 50 a night for their best room. We got a little gas fireplace and very spacious rooms with our reservations. I was very pleased and even more happy when we ate their free hot breakfast, warm biscuits and gravy with eggs, plus more things to choose from. There is a little grit and grime around some edges but for the price was better then I expected. Also with the upgraded room we got covered parking. I can’t vouch for the cheaper rooms but I think most people would have been happy with ours… We will probably stay here again!

Pigeon Forge, on the Parkway. The Staff/​employees were NOT NICE, They openly complained that I book the room on price line. They said it was a joke. Then they acted like they wanted me to go somewhere else after i had already paid, Breakfast was ok, Room was not 2 star maybe 1 or less. Basic comfy bed was ok, clean sheets/​towels. The TV was old, and NO CHANELS or GUIDE. The bathroom is average but CLEAN!, shower water pressure was great. The WiFi WAS BAD BAD. POOL WAS GOOD BUT NOT HEATED LIKE ADVERTISED. BUT IF you are looking for a cheap place NOT BAD!

Conveniently located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, on the Parkway. The Staff/​employees were nice, pleasant, and friendly. The room was OK, with basic comfy bed, clean sheets/​towels, etc. The TV is older, and has limited stations, and NO CHANEL GUIDE, even after asking the front desk. The bathroom is spacious, shower /​water pressure is very good. Parking is plentiful. The WiFi is not very fast at all, and should/​could be improved. The only other thing I’d want readers to know about is that there were several other local hotels along the ‘strip’ showing «Vacancy» signs, and advertising prices considerably less than what I paid, so, double/​triple check the pricing of this hotel & compare to others in the same area.
