Was crap! The people were cordial food was terrible! All the meats were burnt and looked old! I wont be going back to a salsaritas… moes and chipolte are much, much better

If your planning to come here, it’s just like eating at Qdoba and Chipotle. My wife and I thought it was authentic Mexican. It wasn’t what it turned out to be from the name. And we didn’t want to go through the HORRIBLETRAFFIC just to get into ANY establishment! No courtesy at all. You’ll be lucky to even get through.

Great experience. Service, cleanliness, atmosphere all 5 *. The food was good, but the ingredients were stale. The chicken and Steak tasted like jerky. The beans and rice were a little rough as well. It was late afternoon though. Pre dinner way post lunch. All in all would definitely recommend.

OHMAN. I miss living in Tennessee just because of Salsarita’s! I’m not kidding. This is my favorite place to eat of all time. I go into a full blown food coma every time I come home and eat here. LOL. Not kidding. There’s not one bad thing to say about this place. The food is superb. The staff are always friendly. The food’s fresh and there’s literally so many options! I have to settle for Qdoba as it’s the closest thing to Salsarita’s up north, so can you guys branch out a little? Please? I need to make a visit soon! Salsarita’s is also very clean too. They take care of their restaurant and their customers. In fact, last time I was in Tennessee, I brought my boyfriend and two best friends down with me from up north who had never been to PF before. They LOVED salsarita’s and agreed it was the best food on earth. Okay, I’m done now. Thank you for being awesome and my absolute go to place when I come home! xoxoxoxo Ashley

My family and I ate here on vacation. We used to eat at the one in Birmingham, AL but it closed. This one was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We tried to use a rewards card reward off our phone app and we couldn’t get it to work. So the manager over rode the computer and did it himself, then took our information so that he could square it up with the company later. He had a great attitude and was super helpful! And the food was great on top of all of it! Definitely recommend!

Friendly people who are happy to serve you. Food was good not great but good and with great service you can’t go wrong. The have tap beer and plenty of room to stretch out and get comfortable. Makes a fantastic lunch. First place in Tennessee that had good atmosphere and good food. I recommend it and I usually don’t recommend places unless their good.

My expectations were so much lower than the the food’s taste. I ate at several different restaurants in that trip to TN, but the food was fresh, better tasting and really a good value(more than I can say about the others).

The best thing I can say is that it was clean. The staff was polite but seemed annoyed that I didn’t know how their restaurant worked. Part of this I will accept as my fault as I arrived 20 minutes before closing time. However the ground beef was COLD. I returned my food to the counter and told the staff that I wasn’t expecting cold ground beef in my burrito. The manager said he sampled it(I didn’t see him sample it) and that it was warm. He went on to say that sometimes the other condiments cool off the meat! The nice lady behind the counter said«oh, did you want it warmed» I said yes and she did. I returned to my table to eat a room temperature burrito. The cashier stopped by my table to apologize for my cold meal. I wish I had read the other reviews. It seems cold food is the norm for this location. Towns like Pigeon Forge have enough tourism that restaurants do not have to depend on repeat business… I will NOT be a repeat customer.

Edible but mediocre. The soft tacos I ordered were cold. The chicken was also cold. The chips are very thin and not good for dipping. The Guacamole was OK. Moe’s it’s a bit better. But I was starving and stopped on impulse. The service was good.

Food is decent, but the service is terrible. Staff isn’t friendly at all. They barely gave me any cheese for my nachos and then charged me an extra 75cents for just a tiny bit more. Cheese wasn’t even hot. Moe’s is way better; I wish they would put one in this area!

Reminds me of Moe’s but as good. The food was pretty plain tasting and was not warm when served. Was good for something quick, and would be good if you wanted to bring your kids.

Meat is overcooked and cold on the tacos. The steak and chicken were very dry and the pork taco was so wet it dripped over the other tacos and made the shells soggy. Nice setup. Great location. Overall: needs improvement.

Cheap fast food. Got«large burrito bowl» but it didn’t even fill the bottom of the bowl. The rice was over or undercooked and had the consistency of gravel. Would not come here unless you bring a dentist. I’m giving two stars instead of one because the main guy running the place was exceedingly nice and came by to check on us(I did not feel like complaining to him). This seems like a very poor version of Chipotle.

I was skeptical at first glance of this place but my wife really wanted to try this place. We walked in and it has a very«Moe’s Southwest Grill» Feel to it. But I have to say their food is surprisingly awesome and fresh. I got the two taco with chips and cheese combo. The beef and chicken tacos are some of the best I have had. My wife got the mexican pizza with chicken and I ate half of that with my tacos lol. I love this place. Wish they were in Florida. But then again we would be eating here weekly if that was the case. A must try place!

After driving up and down tourist trap row we decided to take the gamble on Salsarita’s, and we were very glad that we did. Everything was very clean, fresh and tasted very good. The ordering process is very much like Chipotle but only with more choices i. e: pizzas One more thing you can’t go wrong with a Coke Freestyle machine!

It’s a run of the mill fresh americanized mexican place. Think along the lines of chipoltle, qdoba, hot heads, or moes. YOu walk down a line and tell them what you want on your burrito or tacos. Not the best, but certainly better than taco bell.

Decided to try Salsarita’s because it seemed like a local joint that we like. I was excited to see that you could get grilled shrimp tacos. When I tried ordering them the guy told me they would have to cook the shrimp and it would take 10min. I’ve never known it to take that long to cook shrimp so I assumed he was just too lazy to do it so I decided to order something else. I settled on the veggie taco salad. The same guy seemed very confused by the concept of a veggie taco salad and tried putting chicken in it. Had to explain what it was I ordered. The food was decent at best. The rice was hard and I kept crunching on pieces of it. I did like the taco salad shell very good! The local place I go has a salsa bar with different sorts of salsa; Salsarita’s could benefit from a salsa bar. Overall, the food was okay. I might try again if I ran across a Salsarita’s and was in the mood for Americanized Mexican fast food.
