Wonderful hotel, especially for the price. Centrally located and close to Gatlinburg.

Stayed here last weekend in Sept, but forgot to add review. Very nice, room clean, comfortable, plenty of pillows. Quiet, off the main drag. Breakfast very nice. Desk staff very pleasant. Good value for money. Will stay here again.

Excellent place to stay. I attend a reunion there annually. Always clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Fair rates. Been going there for a few years and have NEVER had an issue and I’m picky. The breakfast, this year, was better than ever. See y’all next September.

An older but well maintained property conveniently located in Pigeon Forge. My parents’ room had an issue with a drink left behind and the lights/water in the bathroom, but the manager quickly rectified the situation and even discounted the bill. On top of that, she also left us a box of salt water taffy, which was an unexpected gesture. The breakfast was also very generous with its selection of eggs, sausage, cereal, pastries, and pancakes. With so many places to stay in Pigeon Forge, this should definitely be considered an option for both the price and breakfast.

Exceeded my expectations. Everyone of the staff was GREAT! Friendly and helpful. Stayed in the penthouse suite and it was great. Clean room, Comfortable beds. Lots of room. Plenty of tv channels to watch when we were in the room. It was a good breakfast. Nice pools. Once again want to compliment the staff, front desk, house keeping, maintance, breakfast attendant all we came in contact with.

Very nice hotel. The man that checked us in was very nice and informative when we was asking about the area. We went for 4th of July weekend. Checked in on a Friday and checked out on Sunday. It was nice the 2 swimming pools. We didnt swim in the outside pool but did in the inside, which felt heated. We rented the penthouse suite, which was super nice. The only thing we didnt like was that the 2 rooms were only semi-private, meaning no door, and had to walk through one room to get to the other. And the other room had no windows, which was a little claustrophobic but over all it was very nice. Was on the top floor, so had a beautiful view of the mountains. Loved how close everything was to the hotel. Pretty much everything was within walking distance. It room was very clean. No bad smells as I seen on some of the reviews. Hotel staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t desirable, but not the worst either. Definitely recommend the stay.

Checked in on a Saturday night around 7pm looking for a clean to sleep and breakfast in the morning for the family. I got half of it! First, the room was clean, the hotel is convenient, and it sits off the road a block so you’re not annoyed with the lights on the strip. The breakfast was a catastrophe. They ran out of biscuits, eggs, coffee creamer, and whatever the side dishes were while I was standing in line. I’d like to say it was bacon and sausage but I don’t know because it was never refilled. Everyone had to wait for 2 waffle makers, and that was about 20 people. Several people came and left because there was no food. This was 9:30am. I got cereal and was finished for 10 minutes before my family finished making their waffles. The trash cans were overflowing to the point where people set their trash on top of the cans, and they were both leaking from the bottom so people walked in it as they rounded the corner in the line, including me. Yuck! I saw the kitchen lady walk by me and let her know politely the whole line of food was out on the counter. She said«yeah» and continued walking to the surprise of many of us. Then she met with another employee in sight of customers and had a fuss session. I took this information to the manager at the front desk, which is why they got 3 stars. He apologized immediately and corrected the issue(personally and at hand in the kitchen). That’s good customer service. Would I go back? Yes, but only if they hire a second person for their kitchen. One is not enough!

A friend and I stayed here last week for our vacation in the Pigeon Forge area. We had booked our room through Dollywood so we could take advantage of the Play Another Day tickets. We had one of the celebration suites, which has a king bed, a Jacuzzi, fridge, and microwave. During our stay, we had no issues at all. The staff were super friendly, and the staff that cleaned on our floor remembered us and would often ask if our room would need cleaning if we had the do not disturb sign on the door, but were in the hallway. The breakfast was good and there was a huge selection to pick from. The hotel itself is in good distance from popular locations. We would definitely stay here again!

I found a deal online through for a 2-night stay for $ 40 total(which according to the deal was a $ 240 value). The catch was having to sit through a vacation rental presentation that ended up lasting 3 hours. It was worth the tradeoff, but I probably wouldn’t have picked it out otherwise. PROS: — Very friendly staff — Room included a refrigerator — Close to attractions and restaurants. One of the shows we saw was just a few doors down, and we also ate at the TGIFridays that was walking distance — Continental breakfast from 7−10am including 2DIY waffle makers & made-to-order omelets. Anytime between 9 – 10 will be crowded but when I came at 7:20 there was hardly anyone there. Like the first review said, definitely tip the omelet maker! CONS: — Super slow elevator — we were on the 6th floor(of 7 total) and it took forever for us to get up and down — Freeeezing indoor pool. So so so cold. We got more use out of the hot tub.

We checked in, staff was nice, the room was very clean. This hotel has no balcony but offers a nice sized heated indoor pool. After reading others reviews we felt the made to order omelet breakfast made the price well worth a try for our family of four. The breakfast the next morning hit the spot. The following was served during our stay : Omelet with choice of Ham, onion, green pepper, cheese and salsa. 2 cold cereals Bagels White and wheat toast Biscuits and gravy Fresh waffles Assorted donuts Coffee Tea Cranberry juice Orange juice Milk And bananas Don’t forget to tip your omelet maker, when you see how fast this person has to work you’ll understand why. I would recommend this hotel if your looking for a stay close enough to the attractions but want to stay within a budget.
