You get what you pay for, the room was decent. A little outdated only issue was the AC unit not working. So we called the front desk and long story short the maintenance guy rigged up binders on the unit, to get it to work for the night. I would not recommend this hotel if your staying any longer than two nights. Location was good in-between all attractions.

This hotel is in the heart of tourist central in Pigeon Forge, very close to Dollywood and even closer to the Dixie Stampede dinner show. I wish I would have done more research because this area was not my cup of tea. I could see it being great if you have kids and looking for more family oriented actives, but everything nearby was super cheese ball. The hotel is not the best quality and could use a little updating, but its pretty cheap so that is to be expected. We only needed a place to stay for 2 nights so we figured we could rough it a little. The rooms were clean, but could use some fresh carpet. The bathrooms are really small, although the water pressure was decent in the showers. The continental breakfast tasted as gross as it looked. The check in/check out process was really easy and the staff was professional and polite. Overall, it wasn’t the worst, but I don’t think I will be coming back if I made my way back to the Gatlinburg area.

We stayed here for our overnight stay in Pigeon Forge and happen to get a whirlpool tub room for a great price without a reservation. It was definitely off season. I don’t think our room had been used in a while as dirty water came out of all the taps after being turned on. As I said, we stayed in an end unit with a balcony patio, fireplace and whirlpool tub. All were clean(except for the dirty water in the taps). The TV had a «cleanable» remote that would only go through the channels in one direction. The continental breakfast looked good but their selection was limited. One of the selling points of staying here for us was it was within walking distance of the Dixie Stampede. Overall, I was not disappointed in our stay here. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again during the off season.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The bed was amazing. And the room was really clean, but has a bleach smell. The price was really good. It’s one of the cheapest Inn in this area. Wifi was almost not usable. Their breakfast was awful. There is almost no meat for breakfast. For this price, It’s a nice place to stay.

I suppose I didn’t wake up with bed bugs like I was afraid I was going to, so that’s worth two stars. The photos are completely misleading on their website. If you like Little Debbie pinwheels, miniature donuts, and toast, then this is your dream continental breakfast destination!

For an affordable hotel this is it. Very clean rooms and centrally located. We stayed here after our stay at the dollywood cabins. We wanted to stay another night and happened upon this place. Rooms Are quiet. good sheets and comfortable beds. Nothing fancy but I would recommend.
