I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel ! First great location ! Fabulous customer service, Brenda who works the front desk is very professional and has great customer service skills after staying at 3 different hotel in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Tn I was so thankful to deal with someone with her professional attitude We will definitely be staying at the Baymont in Pigeon Forge. Great clean pool well kept hotel.

This place was not worth the money. The rooms were musty and the shower head had mold on it. It was also very dim.

Mount Prospect, IL
One of the cheaper places to stay in this area but still very nice. Room was definitely clean and well kept. Pets are allowed here so we did see some small dogs around but weren’t bothered by them at all. Within walking distance from a lot of attractions and excellent restaurants. Breakfast was decent but nothing to rave about. Overall — clean, helpful staff, good location. Definitely worth the price.
