Unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. It is always an expectation of mine to be greeted and thanked when ordering and paying at a restaurant. It is beyond average, but appreciated to have friendly, smiling servers, which was most definitely not the case here. Let’s just hope the food is good…

Good food but customer service is terrible!!! As a former employee a few years ago I hate not hearing a hello when you walk in or even call just a «what’s the name» or «what can I get you» wish these children they have working actually cared more than they are showing

This restaurant is so cheap that they do not give you shrimp sauce with your to go order. They charge 50 for a tiny cup of shrimp sauce, equal to one tablespoon…

This place is not bad for what it is but they are super cheap on the sauces, My husband took his two sauces and combined them in one container. It only filled about ¾ of the tiny cup. The white sauce seems watered down and I am pretty sure the steak is not filet. I get the filet rare and its still chewy. Will probably go back since it is convenient. BUT rumor is Powdersville is getting a Japanese Steak house… this may drive out Nagoya’s business..

We’ve been to this place a few times and it always seems to disappoint. The sushi is essentially rice with almost no fish involved at all. It is often hard to even see the fish! I complained about this once and was told it wouldn’t happen again. It happened the next time we visited on several of our rolls. Don’t eat here!
