Always good deals always walk out with shoes here for my kiddo I always find what I have in mind well organized and very helpful to what your looking for definitely my favorite store and first choice

I’ve been shopping at this location for over 3 years, last Saturday July 4th came in to buy my 2 daughters shoes, was helped by 2 of their sales associates, was buying 4 pairs 2 of them being worn out of the store… I have an 8 year old, 2 year old, 1 year old and a 3 month old, the 1&2 year old were wearing their new shoes out as usual but this time all kids were cranky and tired and were also crying. Jaime Moreno was cashing me out sees the old shoes and tells me have to go outside and bring the girls back in to see the shoes even though his on site door security person already seen the new shoes, I tell him are you serious, my girls are crying and are already in their car seats, he then tells me to bring one shoe in(for true customer service He should have ran out there him self to check the shoes) instead he kept insisting I bring the back in. I went outside got the shoes and told him forget it… It also pissed me off to the point that I cussed him out, cause it made me feel like even though I was paying he made me feeI like I was stealing I let him know that. He lost a customer forever. Recommend not to shop here… Customer service, there is none Jaime Moreno is a joke … Needs More training as a manager… You can only teach a monkey so much –0 stars

They need more training on customer service all of them from the cashiers to the district manager. They would not honor a coupon I had $ 25 off on my $ 220. Dollar bill when the coupons clearly didn’t have a expiration year. I’m sorry but when u guy mess up you should honor your mistakes I shouldn’t have to tell u how to do your job. Im happy to say they did solve this problem would like say someone did now get a hold of me and have accepted the coupon but as for the comment I made about u guys need more training on how to handle a situation such as this I will not take that back. Thank u customer service for getting back to me again but this time with someone to help solve this problem. A customer shouldn’t have to go thru all this to redeem a coupon. I will not take down the problem in hopes that your cashiers and management all learn from there mistake and will hopefully only get better in there customer service skills. Thank you.

It’s the friendliest, most organized, and well-displayed one I’ve been to. All employees seemed like they LIKED working here. This one was out of the way for me, but I specifically came to this one because of the reviews. Whenever I think to go to a WSS, I immediately assume I won’t be immediately greeted nor helped, but I always reason that with, «you get what you pay for.» Not here. Even the security guard was extremely friendly and helpful. I came here looking for a couple of pairs of shoes, specifically high-top all black Air Force 1’s. Didn’t find them, but in their defense, they made the effort in finding out by searching, then consulting with the manager, who in turn personally told me that they’re currently in a transitioning period with Nike, and that they would be really rough to find. I called a few other WSS stores and was told the same thing, so I know they were being honest. He was extremely apologetic and offered other Air Force 1 options, which I appreciated. In between shopping, I was approached at least twice to be offered help. VERYNICE. Usually never the case. I went to another one right before this one, and was there for 40 minutes without having been approached nor greeted once. The store was also a mess, and poorly displayed.

Not a fan of WSS. I can never find the right shoe. Their prices are so-so. People go for savings, but how much are you really saving? $ 2, $ 3, maybe $ 5? Service isn’t that great either. I asked a guy for his recommendation on an athletic shoe and he just kinda have me a generic answer. He helped me find the size I was looking for and bolted. I left a few minutes later to see him texting by the front/exit door. If you’re going to charge me typical shoe store prices, then at least give me the service that goes with a $ 109.00 pair of Nikes.
