Few places left around Pico Rivera that pride themselves with great customer service and huge selection of what they offer and what they advertise for. Serve Right is one of those places, and I’m proud to say that I’m a regular customer there. There are times when the sign put up for their prices does not agree with what the register says, but the employees there will actually be polite and listen to what the customer says and their manager likewise will take care of matters right in the spot and benefit of the customer. Always nice to walk in there and see their cashiers smiling and aknowledging their customer. Five stars all the way

Good prices on regular beers, but damn man where’s all the craft beer at? Good spot for the 40ozs but wouldn’t make the drive here for typical beer I can get at my liquor store down the street. Want a good IPA go somewhere else

I stopped here couple of times now for beer and the prices are way low compare to big chain markets. I recently came here for labor day weekend and got a 12pack of Shock Top for $ 9.99. I saw other beers and the prices are real low. 24 pack of blue moon for $ 19.24. They also had one of my favorites New Castle for $ 10.99. Go here if you wanna save some $$$. Always a quick in and out when I go.

If you need Liquor then this may be the place. I have seen liquor but this place has a lot of it. This place is larger than the average liquor store with shelf after shelf. With proximity to freeways, main streets, fast food joints and more this is quite an impressive liquor store. The store more than one cashier depending on the time of day and I have seen as many as 4. The parking can be difficult during the lunch rush Monday through Friday. They accept WIC as posted on the door. They have plenty of arts and crafts supplies such as string, paper, etc. Several low price snacks are sold, lotto tickets and misc items are available too. I did not see any pornography as you may see at some liquor stores but perhaps that is due to the decline of pornography video sales and the rise of free internet porn. I also did not see the bathroom but it did not matter as I received quick service and was on my way out faster than«mantequilla on a hot tortilla.»

I’m a member of a Thursday night crafts group made up of mostly cute little ol’ asian mommies. We knit, we sew, we make handmade ribbon/yarn graduation leis as a fundraiser for a youth group. In truth, we do this just to hang out, gossip and potluck. Anywho, we’re always on the lookout for yarn bargains. Three years ago: «Hey! There’s a liquor store in Pico Rivera that has two aisles of yarn! Cheaper than Michaels! Brand names!» «Huh? In a liquor store?!?» «Yes! Oh, there’s other things in there-groceries, a pharmacy. other crafts stuff. Hey Lynette, they have those scratch-off tickets you like.» «Uh, what were you doing three neighborhoods over in a liquor store?» So of course we had to go check it out. It’s true! Lion Brand Yarn, Bernat, Paton, etc. all $ 1 – 2 cheaper per skein than at Michaels or yarn stores! They even put out a little $ 1 close-out basket where I’ve found some treasures. Well worth the trip. Don’t be put off by the area or the outside of the store. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. They do have a check-out system that I appreciate. Everyone has to line up at the end of the loooong counter behind the yellow line. The cashiers bark out«NEXT!» «NEXT!» «NEEEEEXXXXTTT!» Everyone gets checked through fast. My friends and I all pop in there periodically mostly for yarn. We’re still wondering how that one friend of ours found that random place. They do have quite a selection of liquor, we’ve noticed!
