I used to really like this place I had two girls that I perffered but there no longer there and the new lady’s are really bad I always give them chances but I’m done being unhappy with my eyebrows there uneven and funky

I was one of their first customers when they barely opened this location and in the beginning they were amazing. They took their time and were very friendly. However, now its a different story. Since they’re growing as a business and have many clients, they don’t care anymore. They do a very sloppy job and the workers are not friendly at all. I’ve left Kaya with very messed up eyebrows and was not happy at all. I found a new threading salon called Siddhi Threading on whittier blvd and I couldnt be happier! I recommend her to everyone. Shah who is the owner is such a sweetheart and does an amazing job. Her website is

First time here after letting my eyebrows grow out for almost 2 months (they are thick but I wanted them to b a little fuller). The lady at station #2 was great! She listened & left my eyebrows thick! Definitely will be coming back, can’t beat the price either!

I’m only giving this place one star because of the price. Yea eyebrows are 4.99 but one is thinner. Or one is shorter. I used to love this place but now they rush on your eyebrows and leave them horrible. Don’t recommend going here.

Every time I come here it’s else’s something different. I always go with the same lady, station 3, and she’s always rough! she makes me hold down on my eyelashes instead of lids and it just kills me! Also, sometimes they come out good and other times they come out horrible! I should look for a new threading place :(

Only giving two starts because of the low price otherwise I would have just given one. They are not very friendly. They are not consistent with their work except for maybe one of the girls and they would constantly pinch my eyebrows. The last time I went they left my eyebrows super thin and uneven so that was it for me. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

This place has great prices and most of the girls that do the threading do a good job, you just have to choose the right one. I have no complaints about this place. It’s always pretty busy when I go, and I love how they do my eyebrows.

I have been coming here for a few months now because of the price! Eyebrows $ 5! There is mainly one girl on station 2 that is consistent in the quality of work. The other ladies do a descent job but for the price, I’m not complaining. This is my to go place every time my mom and I get our eyebrows done. I would give it another star if they were all consistent is good quality but it seems as if some of them lack experience.

I have to stop coming here because every time I grow my eyebrows out and get them done here, they always leave one thinner than the other. I get it they’re busy but eyebrows are everything. I would appreciate more if they took their time.

I love this place I have been coming here for about a year and a half and I love it, I don’t know the lady’s name that does my eyebrows but she’s located on chair #4. She always leaves my eyebrows flawless I would recommend people to come here

Love this place. I ONLY go see #2. She does an amazing job and $ 5 is such a steal. The only downsides to this place are that the wait can be long usually on Fridays and its is CASH ONLY. Other than that go see #2 I always get compliments on my eyebrows :)

You can’t beat $ 5 threading, but quality control just isn’t there.
PARKING: Shared lot
SERVICE: It’s a hit or miss depending on who you have. Don’t be afraid to be specific with them on how you like your eyebrows, or else they’ll just start cleaning them up. I came in with my brows in a mess as I was growing them out, and I left with decently groomed brows that were a bit too thick for my liking.
For some reason, I always end up breaking out afterwards, but I think it’s my sensitive skin. They do wipe your brows with a witch hazel soaked cotton pad after they’re done.

Hit or miss. This place is the closes to my home, so no matter what I keep going to it. I wish my eyebrows would not grow and just stay beautiful forever so I would NEVER EVER have to return to this place. I hate it, I really do. Where’s the nice ladies from 2010? They need to return.
The customer service is horrible. I may not speak their language but I can definitely tell when someone is laughing at their customer.
I have left with cuts (miss). Sometimes my eyebrows are red other times they are not (hit).
But the one thing that, ugh, just bugs me is when they ask if I want my upper lip done too. I know I have a mustache lady. If I didn’t write that down in the sign-​up sheet don’t ask. Just DON’T. It’s rude.
Regarding my eyebrows sometimes they are beautiful they are like the Beyonce of eyebrows. Other times they are… they are better off done by my 12 year old sister.
I gave them two stars because:
1. The price is not bad at all, $ 5.
2. For those times by eyebrows have looked good.

I love this place! Nobody touches my eyebrows unless its the girls in Kaya. I recommend you get your eyebrows done by Nitu shes a threading specialist and does amazing work. Theres these two other young girls in there I only go with them if i have an emergency and Nitu isn’t there. They do threading, facials, waxing and henna tattoos at Kaya. Eyebrow threading: $ 4.99 Lip threading: $ 2.99
