Hair Cuts Etc...& the Makeover Co.

Would not go here again! Along with that I would not recommend this place to anyone else… being completely honest as I am writing my review .Elva’s customer service is by far not the best .I have walked in more than a couple times here and have been completely ignored, not even just to me but as well as her other customers. at least a smile would be welcoming but not even that or a «hello» …I would not consider her business professional… the business line was off .and the whole time I was there she kept answering personal phone calls when there was high traffic at a peak time… she left me inattentive longer than necessary… I assume she was with one of her favorite clients cause she practically ignored everyone else there and continuously kept gossiping with this client… I could understand engaging conversations with clients but no this way over board! at this point I was truly irritated, she was the only one at the salon and she kept taking more clients trying to juggle about 4 clients a! t at time all by herself! really? not practical at all especially without any assistance… in addition, my hair came out a disaster and the look on her face you can tell she realized she did not do it right… after being there 3 hours I was sick of it and left. I ended up having to pay more money to fix the damage!

I Love this place and highly recommend this salon to anyone. Been going to her for over 11 yrs and would trade them for anything. no need to say more;0)

Only been here for haircuts but Elva does a great job. I’m always very pleased when she’s done doing my hair :)

I think this salon is wonderful! People are very nice and they make you feel welcome. They make me feel that they really care. I love the way my hair turned out.

After reading the reviews I decided to give this place a try. The first time I went Elva was busy so I had my hair cut by someone else. She did an OK job and the price was great. Being the wacko I am about my hair, I wasn’t really feeling this cut. I went back and made an appointment with Elva. Now I understand what people are talking about. She did a fantastic job! I will be going back. So happy to have a great salon so close to home.

I have been going to this salon for a few years already & love the service! It’s owned by Elva, whose a great stylist. I always go for a cut and color, and Elva always does a great job with my hair. It’s a cute, small shop and offers reasonable prices. On weekends you will have a longer wait, so definitely call ahead for an appt.
