WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! rented out chairs and tables from them for a certain price with free delivery, A day later I get a call from a girl named Alice stating that the owner had broken his leg and needed to out source the delivery and that they will be charging me an extra 15 bucks for delivery, when I said i would rather cancel the order because there are so many other place that would be around the same price for better tables and chairs they did not want to return my money… its not like I was canceling the same day, i was canceling 4 days before they were supposed to deliver the stuff. What kind of business negotiates a certain price and after you pay up front for the stuff, gives you a call days later trying to add extra charges on your credit card for things they said they would do for free, and make up excuses for the charges!!!

What this place lacks in presence (I had no idea it existed and their signage is near invisible) they make up for in pricing.
They have a lot of supplies you can rent for birthdays, weddings, quinces, and whatnot. Chairs? Tables? Jumpers? Tents/​canopies? They have it all. It really surprised me how much they have, since the place is a (very) small shop adjacent to a liquor store. Their pricing and selection is pretty good. Jumpers are super cheap ($ 55 for 24 hours? Not too shabby…)
Delivery is free — yep! Only downside is that their delivery times are open to interpretation. We were told that we’d have our stuff delivered by 5 pm but they came just before 7pm. I don’t mind a late delivery, as long as you give us a heads up – which didn’t happen; it was US who called THEM asking when we can expect our chairs & tables. Same thing happened on pick up when they said they would be there in the morning to pick up the materials and didn’t show up until after 12pm.
I want to support this place more often, so hopefully they work out their kinks. The pricing can’t be beat. The delivery protocol is questionable. I guess you get what you pay for?
