I initially reserved my storage from another location in Pico Rivera but drove here by mistake but since this location was closer to me so I mistakenly stop here. What a mistake I made. It started the minute I got out of my car, this place reeks of cow dung. I managed to walk inside the office and found the two guys sitting there with worst customer service than the cow dung smells. I asked if they would accept my reservation from the other pico Rivera location, ‘NO’ Can I look at the 5X5 storage so I can rent one here, ‘NO’ Can you show me how to get to the other Pico location, «NO’ It seems they are really unhappy to get out of the seats to assist customers. I have no idea how they stay in business but I will take my business to someone who actually cares.
