Burger Stop

Got to say this place is the BOMB!!! The Burgers are really good. You have to try the D.U.I fries, They are the best! The staff are friendly not like Mc. Donald’s there all rude!!! Will definitely come back to this place and tell my friends about this spot!

I normally only come here when my husband suggest it. I agreed to go today, we each ordered grilled chicken salads and disgustingly enough each of our salads had black hair in them. BARF!!! No chance it could’ve been my hair as my hair is light brown and was much too long to be my husbands. Last time I EVER come here. I’m only giving it 1 star to post this. Otherwise it would be a big ZERO!!!

I’ve been coming here since day one, there food is okay but its not worth the cashiers that never get your order right & the perv cooks always popping there head out the windows trying to always ask to shake my hand soooo annoying never coming back here again!!!

Well what can I say. This place has decent food (OVERSTATEMENT). Their prices are vague to say the least when you ask for a variation on the order. Most importantly their attitude is disgusting!!! When asked to substitute a meat for another in let’s say a DUI they have the biggest fit ever. Today I had attitude from a Low IQ Curly Hair Cashier who cant even concentrate on the task at hand. (Taking my order.) If you are about to close then why do you ask me if I want it for here or to go??? and then give me attitude about it.
Will never be coming here again. What an embarrassment to the community.

Food is good, but had a bad experience because of a rude employee. A lady took my order and gave my dad and I attitude for no reason. So I am disappointed, should of took my money somewhere else today.

This was our usual go-​to spot, food is decent but a little over priced. But the real deal breaker is that they ALWAYS screw up your order. It happens numerous times and even now, I had to repeat myself twice, he repeated it back to me and STILL messes up my order. I had to drive back and explain it to the younger guy and he seemed confused like he wasn’t familiar with all of their own menu. Ugh! Strike 3, you’re out! I will not be returning to Burger Stop! Oh and a little heads up, when you ask to make anything into a combo, they really overcharge you, just check your receipts.

The food here is absolutely horrible, not to mention it’s extremely dirty, I saw a cook smoking while making my burger, I’m no health inspector or anything but I’m pretty sure that is against health code… just saying

Closed late last year because of cockroaches? Gross. There’s plenty of other burger joints in the area.

I was in the neighborhood so I decided to stop by burger stop and get some food because my friend recommended the DUI fries. All I can say is that these were the BEST DUI fries I have ever had in my life. It had carne asada, pastrami, chili cheese, pico de gallo, sour crème and DEliciousness. It’s not on the menu but it sure as hell should be! My dad had the chicken tacos which he said super great quality chicken breast, especially for a burger stand. My sister had the cheeseburger. She let me have a bite and I give it a thumbs up. I love a good quality cheeseburger and this place sure does have one. I am defiantly eating here again.

I’ve been coming here since they’ve open, and I can’t tell you enough about this place! I LOVE THIS PLACE! :) ANYTHING YOU ORDER you’re gonna love love from their chicken salad to their burgers, I mean I can’t list everything, but everything is awesome from the owner to the staff!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Their customer service is getting a whole lot better and their fries haven’t been burnt the past couple times I’ve gone. I hope the keep up the good work and continue to provide great service.

I found a curly hair that resembled pubic hair in my chicken taquitos. Don’t recommend.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Management really needs to be on there employees. We waited 30+ min for our food and on top of that they messed up the order. The employees need to actually start working and speed up the delivery time.

Watching someone look right at your order ticket, and still get it wrong, is the most annoying thing ever.

Esta buena la comida pero me encontre un pelo en mi comida… una trabajadora no se peina. que se peine porque eso no es igienico.

Been coming here for yrs but today was a total disappointment. Besides my order been wrong, I ordered a dinner salad and was been charged more than what the salad is in the menu
And when I brought it up to their attention the lady in the drive thru tells me to do the total, (like if am stupid and don’t know how to add), that she’s not charging me more than what she should and that in no way is she trying to rip me off
I told her she’s over charging me .50 cents on the salad. Then she tells me that the owner would say that prices could change without further noticed. (how hard is it to charge the price on the menu)
So I ask to speak with a supervisor or manager and she tells me she’s not around! Like how can they run a business without supervision? As she stands there arguing, the car on the back starts honking :/​
And when I get home the salad is not even fresh! Brown every where, total disappoint! Well one less happy customer!

My dad is almost an everyday regular here, I only USED TO come to get some quality time with him…
I’ve stopped ordering the chili cheese fries because twice I felt as if the chili was old or not heated correctly, I’ve been sick the last two times I’ve tried the chili.
I love the owner! Very nice and friendly as is his wife! But the chef and the other Mexican guy with the big eyes Are another story. I am not saying I’m good looking at all but they ogle me and almost every other female who is half decent who walks in. I feel so uncomfortable walking in and just being there! The guy with the big eyes seriously watches me eat and at first my dad thought it was funny but he eventually agreed it was creepy and will tell the guy something «next time it happens» however, there will not be a next time bc of this and the chili experience.
I do love their zucchini and fries but unless my dad brings them home I won’t go.
It’s to bad, it started off clean and great service but it has went downhill (I think bc the owner isn’t there as much).
I really like mom and pop burger places but not so much this one anymore.

You want DUI fries. This is the place to be, they overload ur plate with that monstrosity meal! I’m not sure if they’re service is always great like it was the night I went but the guy that took my order was very helpful and very polite I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and anyone else that would like a watery ass mouth when you walk up to get your food! THUMBS ALL THE WAY UP!

Burritos are inconsistent. Some days they are so good I want to come back everyday for a week. Other times the eggs taste burnt, chorizo is burnt to a dark orange and the chorizo burrito ends up looking like there is only burnt white eggs with some speckles of burnt chorizo in the mix. I guess it depends on the people working. If only I could figure out which of the cooks makes the burritos that are delicious. Especially since I waste $ 5 every other time I go there with the gross ones. The chili cheese fries are awesome though. Those are always worth it.

Love coming here for a breakfast meal. Very cheap and great value, dined in and tv’s everywhere.

When it comes to small mom and pop burger joints most of the time you could expect good food with crazy special items like the hat in temple city there are great pastrami sandwiches and awsome chili cheese fries here at burger stop they have 4lbs of grateness called the DUI frys just Remmember to have some friends handy to help you finish the crazy amount of fries pastrami and carne asada and a lot off other grate stuff
