Well, location is the main reason for my jaunts to this Wendy’s. Closest to my home, and were I work. Over the past year or so, new management is working the front-line. Mostly Polite, friendly, managers. Decent attitude from the younger employees. Usually fast service. I’m sure I’ve had times were the fries are half-hard, the burger’s not steaming, and the bun’s stiff, but hey, these circumstances are part of the fast food culture. And I’m usually too busy to make a lasting mental not to talk to someone. Accept the rarity, and move on. I’m thrilled that I can, on most days, expect fresh hot food served in a timely manner. Prices have gone up. That’s life, though. One of my nagging negatives is the price difference between the drive-thru and«for here» totals. Huh? When I go through the drive-thru and say, for example, get a salad, sometimes that exact same salad costs me $ 6.39, sometimes $ 6.58, sometimes $ 6.49 — it’s all over the place… Transparency, please!

It’s not perfect always but one of the better ones I’ve been to in a long long time. Customer service has always been great so far. We drive further to this one because its food is typically better.
