Turnberry Creek Luxury Apartments

Ms. Marsha is an amazing property manager. She is very good at her job, and knows how to treat people. She is straight-​forward, but always approachable. She is the reason we decided to resign our lease at Turnberry Creek. We have lived here for a year, and have found it to be so peaceful. Our deck overlooks the bike trail as well as the creek, and we frequently see Great Blue Herons, Hawks, and other incredible wildlife.
Also I have to give Ms. Marsha credit for deciding who lives here. Our building is so diverse as far as ethnicities, age, and walks-​of-​life. It is so absolutely phenomenal that so many different people can live in close proximity with complete harmony.
I really cannot say enough about how wonderful it is to live here, and with a completely clear-​conscious I can say that I would recommend it to anyone. It is a wonderful place to live, especially if you enjoy a serene setting that is safe, and puts your family’s needs as a priority.

If I could give this a ZERO I would. This place was fantastic to live prior to the change in property management. Darlene was FABULOUS. Since she decided to move on with her career, they’ve hired some lady named Marsha. She is a straight BI*CH. She doesn’t care about SH*T. I’ve lived here over three years and the past year and a half all I’ve had is HASSLE. She’s letting RIFF RAFF move into this quiet community and puts notes on your door B*TCHING about everything. BI*CH get a damn life and quit worrying about the tenants if they aren’t doing anything wrong!!! She just needs a reason to complain so she can explain her 8 hours on the job each day. Property managers definitely don’t need to work 40 hour weeks because there isn’t 40 hours of work in this job. I can’t stand living here anymore because of this b*tch and will be moving as soon as possible.
