Made an appointment for an eyebrow waxing for 3:30pm. Waited for over 30 min before anyone even spoke to me. Apparently there’s only one lady who waxes, she saw another customer waiting who she knew, and called them back for a waxing before me. What’s the point of having a sign in sheet if you don’t read it. I left. And won’t ever be back. Way to loose a new customer. Seriously, this place is beyond rude!

Visiting from Florida and needed a holiday mani/​pedi. Chan was excellent! She recommended a different pedi based on my needs and continued to ask during the process of everything was to my liking. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that the place could have been neater. I would recommend Chan for a pedi and gel mani any day of the week!

I love this place. I usually go there to get my eyebrows waxed but i couldnt resist getting a manicure yesterday and it turned out great. Tips can be added to your card now

Pittsburgh, PA
Clean, fast, and most importantly, beautiful work. I wish I could find a place like this in Pittsburgh. I love love love my pink & white fill! (And I am admittedly very picky about my nails.) The price is a little bit higher than most of the salons in Pittsburgh, but not by much, and the work is fantastic– worth the extra $ 5 or so. If you plan to pay with plastic, be sure to have cash for tips– they won’t let you add a tip to your card payment.
Over all, very impressed– I will be back next time I’m in Columbus!
