This store has a special place in my heart because my husband picked out my engagement ring here! I absolutely love my ring and the customer service is great too! I can’t say enough good things about this place and it’s all because of Warren! He’s the nicest guy and super helpful. It seems like he really cares about his customers and does everything in his power to make you happy with your purchase! I’ve been back a couple times and it’s nice that he remembers me and my husband. I would recommend going to this place for all your jewelry needs. It’s pretty far out east in Pickerington, but well worth the drive!

Honestly you just don’t see small businesses like this anymore… I will always drive 10 minutes further to deal with real people like this than expendable mall staff that don’t care about you at all… and just count down the minutes until they get to go home…
Warren has always taken care of me like I was the most important customer they have… yet I never can afford to spend more than $ 500 at any time… I still manage to come home to my wife, or my parents or even my daughter with an incredible gift… sometimes for even $ 200… And they follow up with me… it really just blows my mind. this guy has like 40 years experience in the industry and he can’t even be 60 years old… I’ve been in the store when he and his staff have been helping first time buyers (nervous young men) and they’re so kind them… it was really nice to see.
Bottom line, if you have a specific jewelry request or just want to be treated with respect no matter what your budget is… this is where you go… you don’t waste time at a mall getting treated like crud… I am a customer for life.

I have went to see Warren since shopping for my wedding band, I wish I would have saw him for our engagement ring. He has always been great to me and excellent service. When my center stone went missing and needed replacement he found me a better diamond at a great price and even fixed the prong setting to ensure this one never goes missing!
I am coming from the DC area to work on a custom special piece with him because EWJ is the only jeweler I trust.

I took some old gold to this place to sell it and they offered me less than half the value of the gold.

My husband and I went to EWJ for the first time to design a custom ring for me on Mother’s Day. The associate was very kind, showed us a variety of designs and said she would call us the following week.
A week passed with no communication, so I called her. She said she was still working on it and would call me in a few days. Again, a week later and no communication.

Off 256 in Pickerington is the best little jewelry store you’ll find. Warren took my great-grandmother’s antique ring setting, restored it, and added new diamonds for my fiancé to pop the question, and he did all this for a very affordable price. The customer service is amazing, as well as the quality work.

I purchased a special-​order titanium men’s wedding band here years ago. As it turned out, the wedding never happened thanks to a class act jerk suffering from «I can’t keep my dick in my pants syndrome.» Fast forward to 2009 — I was planning my wedding to my now husband, and needed a wedding band. I wouldn’t dare use the ring I still had (tried to sell that thing on Ebay, Craigslist, and everywhere else) so when we went to EWJ to look for a new one, I just threw the idea out there. I explained what had happened and didn’t have to get past, I was engaged before, and Warren offered to buy it back for what I paid for it on 2004. I got the ring off my hands, got a new and totally different ring for my husband and did not lose one red cent of my money.
