The staff seemed annoyed that anyone was are there. When I called in advance, the manager answered the phone by saying «hello» rather than Wine and spirits or anything to indicate it was a business! The cashier shorted me by $ 9 when giving me my change and then looked me in the eye and insisted I was wrong. I stood here for 15 minutes holding up the line while they closed the register and counted all the money twice! I’ve never been so insulted by a store.

A mediocre selection of wine and the unenthusiastic staff make shopping here less than a pleasure.
On the liquor side, it has all the major brands.
Poor Phoenixville. Two state wine and spirits stores, and both are fairly awful. But both are stellar arguments against PA’s state liquor monopoly.
