The first time I went in I got a manicure and a pedicure and it was great. Very friendly and did a nice job. A couple hours later I noticed all my nails were chipped already and smuggled. I just blamed it on the polish being old and went back in to have it changed.
When I went back in and asked for them to be redone and the polish changed they all snickered and laughed at me. Then they started whispering in another language and continued to laugh. After they finally agreed to redo my nails and toes they lady doing them did not say one word to me. They were rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I am upset because I really did think they did a good job the first time, but I will not be going back.

Theresa is a ray of sunshine and an excellent multi-​tasker!
No does eyebrows better than Theresa… and her artistic talent with the nail designs impresses me every time I go.

I love this place! Friendly staff, good prices, easy parking and they are very clean. I was there once for a spray tan and left my gold necklace. They kept it and they knew it was mine when I came back. Have been going there for a couple years and totally recommend it.

I LOVE it here! The owner Teresa is wonderful, down to earth and always on the cutting edge with the latest nail designs and trends. I have been going her for over 6+ years and refuse to go anywhere else. I get great service at a value price and it’s super close to home with flexible hours. I can «walk-​in» anytime during the day or Monday/​Tuesday nights are slow. Otherwise I recommend an appoint since Wed-​Sat evenings tend to be more crowded due to the high demand of this salon! (that’s a good sign!) Lily is another friendly nail tech there that really knows her stuff. I have had several types of nail & wax services here and it has always been clean and professional.
You will love this place… tell them Julie sent you and they will take great care of you!

Maybe I was there on an off day, but I don’t see what all the fuss is about. They are super friendly and have great pricing, but the quality just isn’t what I normally expect.
My manicure was pretty sloppy (filing was poorly done, polish not applied evenly, and the gel manicure is already chipping after less than a week).
I also got my eyebrows done while there since they seemed to have a lot of customers coming in just for that (thought that was a good sign). Rooms weren’t very clean, which was a bit of a concern, but even worse is the temperature of the wax — after a week I still have a killer burn right above my eye!

The first time into TLC nails was for a girls day out and it was an interesting experience! The owner, Teresa, is a hoot and a half. She was asking us a million questions about our lives, our husbands, etc. And she told some hilarious stories too. It was such a fun, engaging and relaxing time. The manicure was great– clean, quick, and pretty. I’ve been going there ever since.
They seem to always have everything before anyone else– the gels nail polish, the crackle, whatever. The place is clean and the employees friendly.
I would suggest making an appointment. They are very busy on weekends.

My fiancé has been raving about this salon since we were first dating (a couple years). She’s always telling me how friendly the employees are and how much she looks forward to getting her nails done there because its like hanging out with her girlfriends… Part of me wishes the salon wasn’t so good so that she wouldn’t go so often (her 2 – 3 trips a month kills the budget!) I’ve gotten a manicure or two there and I’ve always been pleased (not that I’m a manicure aficionado).
That review from sketchy «A.C.» (new user, three reviews in one day)? Sounds like a disgruntled ex-​employee or a competing nail salon owner. Pretty lame (and obvious). Honestly, I was going to give TLC four stars but since the other review is so bad I want to balance it out a lil.

Horrible service and atmosphere. Prices are average but the service is very poor and slow. They don’t even cut your cuticles and are rude and unprofessional. The place is a mess and unclean. Would not recommend or go back.
