I am so pleased with the copy center, and specifically with Amanda — thank you! I emailed this morning a complex project with 10 different files, each with special requirements (color of paper, stapling, double or single sided, 3-​hole punch or not, number of copies). I expected to pick it up tomorrow. But it was ready for me quickly — and perfectly, without a glitch. I certainly plan to return.

They’re customer service– particularly in their copy and print center is not good.
I have taken several print jobs there and have been severely unhappy with the jobs more times than not.
They take the easy way out and put very little effort into pleasing the customer. They gave us a proof that we signed off on and the final order looked terrible and nothing like the proof– and we were still expected to pay for it.
I always said «we’ll let me give them one more chance» and have regretted it each time.
