I have extensive negative experience with this office. I have never been so rudely and coldly trerated by a Doctors office. The problem with this office seems to be an attitude of entitlement and superiority. Repeated calls to the Dr. himself (H. William Schaaf. MD) about the unbelievable problems were ignored and not returned. Here was the problem if anyone’s interested: I visited this «Doctor» office approximately 10 times for medical visit s and also some phycsical therapy. Let’s suffice it to say that they charged me and my insurance for services that were never provided, and when I pointed it out (which had been done repeatedly since day one) they promised it would be corrected. It never was, and now I have a bogus bill. I have tried to resolve it with them but their accounting people were rude and even hung up on me. There are a number of good orthopedic Doctror’s in and around Phoenixville — I suggest any of them except this one.
