I’ve been going here for motorcycle parts and repair for years! Great service and the owner is a hell of a nice guy! I once showed up on the Thursday before Oley, I was in a bind and needed a odd trans part bad! Fred dropped what he was doing and went to dig through parts bins just to find the shim I needed! That’s pretty awesome in my book!

Recently returned to Harmony for some followup work as was disappointed to find he «was not taking on more bike work». He is down a mechanic and I guess he is cherry picking what work he will and will not do (since I pass by daily and see cycles in the lot). Asked for a recommendation for another shop to solve my problem and his response and attitude was pretty rough. Certainly sorry he is having some tough times but wouldn’t this be the time when you would want to turn up your customer service skills as opposed to booting a repeat customer out the door? Too bad… This wasn’t my only piece of equipment that needs service so I’m on the hunt looking elsewhere… Good luck Harmony…

What more could I ask for? I called late afternoon to see if they could get my recently purchased Vmax in for an inspection that evening. They told me to come on down, I arrived within 30 minutes. The inspection mechanic on duty came out and carefully went over everything in absolute detail, gave me a warning about the rear brakes being just passable and wrote up the sticker after I promised to replace them right away. He even asked me where I wanted the sticker and took some time to explain a few things I could check in regards to very minor problems I noticed with the bike. I can’t speak for everyone there but this guy took his job very seriously and was very helpful, I’ll go back next year.

I was there to ask about their paint repair jobs. There was nobody at the counter so I called, I know I was late, they were maybe closing but the mechanic was so rude that he didn’t wait for me to finish the question and talked over me and shut me up by saying no… no…no…and when I was about to say“than…” he said have a good day!!!
Really their customer service was bad
